The hotel was simply, "awesome!"
Staff, location, helpful to tourists like me
9.7
From arrival to departure, the beautiful staff and very cool owner, were awesome! I would very highly recommend this hotel for ANY solo traveler, or couples wishing to have a VERY fun time in Thailand. I have traveled the world many times and will return to Thailand, because "Summer Breeze" IS the place. Staff were helpful, courteous, generous, beautiful, professional, etc. What else can I say? I WILL go again. Thank you Bill and please tell EVERYONE that I appreciate them and their hard work!

Awesome hotel, will be back!
Great location and helpful staff
8.7
Had a great time staying at the Summer Breeze. Upon checking in I was greeted by the owner who provided valuable
information on what to do in Patong. The personal touch was really great. The rest of the staff was also most helpful
and the Hotel restaurant provided excellent food.

Best location
Friendly staff, great resturant/bar area, large clean, cool room

Lovely boutique hotel, however no lift (lucky we were on the 2nd floor) also no swimming pool (did have access to the pool at Jungceylong, but still had to walk to get there..not far though). The rooms had no balcony, however they compensated by having a seperate loungeroom.
The location is definately a big plus. Even though on the middle of San SoiSabai, & close to Bangla Rd, you could not hear the noise once in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable (unusual for Thailand!!!)

Great hotel, lovely staff
The location, the staff, the food, most things really.

I had a great time during my stay at summer breeze and ended up staying several nights longer than I had originally planned because it was a great location from where to explore Patong and the rest of Phuket.
The staff are very friendly and definetly make you feel welcome. They also speak good enough english and are happy to offer any assistance you may need to enjoy your stay.
The hotel restuarant has very good food and relatively low prices. They offer both thai and western food, but the former is considerably cheaper.
The room was fine. Had air condition and fan and free wifi access. Also a television with a bunch of thai and international channels. Most importantly it was clean and the staff did a good job of cleaning it daily.
As for the negative? Not much. The rooms are not very sound proof and if you live on the first floor at least you will hear the noise from the bar and restaurant downstairs. This is not a big problem however as the bar closes before midnight and is generally only busy early in the evening.
The price I paid for the room seemed fair and is low by western standards, but you can probably stay considerably cheaper in Phuket if you really want to. It is unlikely you will get the same kind of quality and service however. In my opinion Summerbreeze is a great midrange hotel, and I would be happy to stay there again.

8.7
I enjoyed a brilliant stay and by the time I left i felt as though I was leaving old friends. Will definitely return in the very near future.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel is within 100 meters of the famous "Bangla Road" and within the same distance to the very modern Jungceylon Shopping Plaza.

Comfortable beds, great staff, nice bar, location
9.7
Located on soi san sabai, just minutes walk from Bangla road. Very comfortable beds. Lovely staff, always smiling and joking. A lot of fun, sometimes hard to leave the bar. Clean, comfortable, basic rooms. Highly recommended if wishing to party around Bangla road.
Nightlife Tip:
This hotel is just minutes walk from the bustling Bangla road, party central of Patong.

Friendly hotel
Location near beach and nightlife
7.7
I had the penthouse suite which was large, well equipped (with kitchenette) and comfortable, although I wouold have liked a bath tub in addition to the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful and I suppose the fact that on arrival by taxi I had to take off shoes and socks and paddle to the hotel was n ot their fault! But "location liable to flooding" would be fair.
Lack of lift to the fourth floor penthouse was a serious drawback.

great location center of it all
8.7
the hotel is located in the center of patong just behind junceylon mall, the largest mall in patong. Is also close to the beach but since there is no nightly band it is quiet and you can have a good night rest for recharging the following day.Tehre are cafes around the area and the wet market is just a block away
Shopping Tip:
Jungcelon is just in front or beside the hotel. This mall has all you need. The BIG C store is also inde this mall
