Clean, modern condo with amazing views

Sunset Plaza is a short walk to Karon Beach and just uphill from restaurants and shops. There is a shuttle to drive you up and down the hill during the hot afternoon hours, and that definitely comes in handy if you are making several trips back and forth to town or the beach. The condo has a full kitchen, lovely bathrooms with green glass sinks, comfy living room and bedroom furniture, free wifi and a pool that is large enough for lap swimming. Great place to stay, especially if you want to cook and not eat every meal at restaurants.

This place is quite new as well as the stereo system that was installed in our room, although we didn't use it. It is more like an apartment than a hotel, so there was no breakfast nor room service. I think it is more suitable for long-term stay, instead of short stay. It is located on top of a steep hill, so they offer free shuttle bus service from 3pm to 6pm, but I don't recommend to elderly travellers if you like to go out at night. It is quite near to Karon Beach, just 10-15 mintues walk. The air-conditioning in our bedroom was quite noisy and there was disgusting stinky smell came out from the toilet from time to time.

loved the apartment, was very spacious and modern, great pool areas with sunbeds, rooms cleaned regularly, friendly staff. kitchen was fully equiped for cooking. foxtel in room, however, majority of channels were in thai (to be expected though in thailand!) my only complaint was that it was up a very steep hill, so if you dont like exercise, this hotel is not for you. overall a very nice stay!

this is a condo converted to a hotel and has all the amenities of a 2 bedroom apart. the condos are spacious, clean, and elegant. i had stayed on the 4th floor and the panaramic view of the coastline was to cherish. (i took lots of photo). there was also a jacuzzi on the balcony, so that was nice. had a full kitchen but i not much of a cook, but this would be nice for family. also another bonus was the separate ac for each bedroom and living room was pleasent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Advise renting a scooter (motorbike) to take a cruise up to view point. Nice ride up a winding road.
