Good hotel
Decent location, lovely swimming pool and large room

Location was good, but maybe a little out of the way if you don't have a motorbike. The room was really nice and big, with all the facilities you would expect. The only bad thing was the bedding, it was quite a strange material, which I didn't really like. The swimming pool was lovely, and a nice change from the beach.

It's located outside patong beach area which I found strategic if you looking for a quiet place. Staff were friendly and do help me as requested. The room is big but a bit dusty. They have plenty of rooms but walking corridor seems very spooky at night as the light being switched off towards end of the path. Basically, it's a nice place to stay at with a couple of groceries shops nearby.
Restaurant Tip:
There are plenty halal restaurants toward kamala beach and serve delicious local foods.

The rooms are nice enough, and it's walking distance to the core of the Phuket action and the beach. The wifi service never worked despite repeated attempts. We wound up using the free service from the next door hotel instead. While the location was decent, next time I'd probably opt to stay at one of the resorts outside of Patong right on the beach.
Nightlife Tip:
Sunshine is walking distance to the Simon cabaret. If you're going to the Cabaret, it's easier to walk there than to be picked up by their shuttle service.

Good stay value for money, clean and spaceful room. Water heater some times hot some times cold, not functioning well but overall still ok.
Travel tip:
Too far from nite life, shopping and beach area. Walking take about 20min to Junceylon. Beach side 20-25min. Need to rent a motorbike cost about 250-350bth for medium size per day. Large size about 500bth per day.

clean and good staff,motorbike rental close by. money changer, pharmacy ,7/11 all real close.probably best for solo people as i was not fined for having guests.
Nightlife Tip:
A 10 min walk will get you thirsty:)

hotel can be noisy with partiers, close to beach, restaurants and hawker food stands. hotel had a small but nice pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
we did the highspeed boat tour to the islands. it was just ok. lots of time spent on boat not too much time for snorkeling and beach.

was the final hotel i stayed in over my 4 week trip, staff are all very warm making your stay pleasant as can be, as for the hotel itself clean large rooms at rock bottom prices...
my next trip will defiantly have sunshine resort written all over it

perfect location , close to patong beach. one can enjoy the night life near beach and relish the street food. tidy and spacious rooms with friendly staff.
don’t book any tour or sightseeing activity from hotel as its quite fancy. u can book tours from travel agents nearby hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
If you are Italian food lover like me, don’t forget to pamper your taste buds at “ristorante roma da mauro”.

Rooms are fine but noisy at night

we stayed for two nights, our first night we were woken numerous times by people in the hallways and also people outside (seems there is no soundproofing on the door leading to the balcony or the hallway). our room was a good size, however it seemed it had not been cleaned, especially the shower and when we moved the bin in the room there was debris sitting behind it.
