Hotel room is large and neat.

The hotel is not very near Patong Beach and shopping complexes. Need to take Tut-Tut taxi which is not cheap either for the short distance.
The staff are very friendly and tried their best to cope with the many guests during peak season.
Room facilities needs to be better equipment. There is no hair dryer,commonly provided for in hotel rooms . Guests have to request for a hair dryer that is shared commonly.It may not be available if it being used by others and not returned.
