Staff where helpful and friendly, rooms where good size and clean. The hall smelt a little but i base this on the area and most of Old Phuket Town smelling bad. But very affordable and close to the night markets and pubs so easy walk home. Was a liitle hard to find but there are several streets there that are all intertwined so once you got there it all made sense.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Look it up on google maps first. Is easy to find once you know where it is but some tuk tuk drivers are not sure

The apartment quite clean but location not so good
The apartment provide you every in-need.

Sunwest Apartment is the standard hotel to stay with their price. They provide the essential thing and you don't worry about cleanliness. Breakfast is nornal but location isn't interesting as Phuket town.
Nightlife Tip:
If you looking for starndard place to stay just one night, you can stay here cause cheaper, clean, breakfast including and not far from public bus termonal.

Great room, clean but not a great location

only stayed here for one night and wasn't looking for anything more than a place to sleep. however there is a bar/restaurant just opposite that played very loud music which made it hard to and felt the location was in the middle of nowhere with nothing around to explore. didn't feel too safe venturing out alone. but the staff were friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

it's such a good place with low price
the price included breakfast is perfect
and it's easy to go anywhere in phuket town
you can rent motorbike with tbh per day
and the owner staff can suggest you to any places you want to go
when i was there i wanna visit my school
if i take taxi i would have to pay at least 1000 baht for round trip
without the suggestion of owner staff
i would have to pay that price in stead i've paid just 200 for rent and 100 for fuel staffs

i'm sure next time i'll visit here again !!

Hotel simple et propre
Propreté, prix, gentillesse du personnel

L’hôtel est de bonne qualité pour le prix; les chambres sont grandes et bien aménagées. Le personnel est sympa.
Par contre le quartier est truffé de "salons de massages" sans pour autant que ce soit trop dérangeant.

중심가는 아니나 푸켓타운 자체가 넓지 않아서 위치적으로는 괜찮았어요. 가격 대비해서 객실이 넓고 깨끗해서 맘에 들었는데 와이파이는 됐다가 안됐다가 하는듯 조식은 아메리칸식으로 간단히 나오고 화장실도 수압괜찮고 깨끗해요. 콘센트가 많아서 편리했어요
