Remote and older hotel without beach

i stayed in this hotel 2 times, at both occasions to spend the night before taking the boat at bang rong pier to phi phi or ko yao noi. in fact, it is still a 15 minute drive to the pier from this place. the hotel is in a remote area and there is not much to do around the hotel. the beach is unattractive (muddy, rocks) so i would not come here for a beach vacation. the hotel is a bit plain.
the rooms are spacious and clean and staff are very welcoming and helpful.
as always, you get what you pay for and for the price i paid i could not ask for more.

No place for a solo traveler

In the middle of no-where. A concrete jungle of a place. Deserted when I arrived, swamped by Japanese package-tourists by night-fall. Dinner was poor and expensive, beer a rip-off, and the taxi to the airport cost as much as one to Patong Beach twice at twice the distance. The hotel is plagued by mosquitoes. I had prepaid through Agoda for four nights: I endured 18 hours. It is a terrible hotel and unless and until vet their properties more carefully,I will not be using again. They couldn't even provide coffee for breakfast!!

Lovely hotel but uneducated clients

the supalai is nestled in a wilder part of phuket island, away from the crowd and the traffic jams. it is therefore an affordable option while also offering a beautiful, authentic environment.
the hotel is nice with a large swimming pool and a nice view. the restaurant serves very decent local food but the room and service is pretty basic. breakfast is disappointing.
a large part of the clients are chinese and russians and it can get pretty noisy at the restaurant, in the corridors or at swimming pool. avoid high season or prefer a more luxurious hotel if you want to relax.

i really enjoyed staying in this resort. very quiet and relax but it is far from the activity.
there are 2 rides that you can use on first come first go basis.

เป็นโรงแรมที่เงียบสงบ เหมาะกับการไปพักผ่อน โดยเฉพาะการพาผู้ใหญ่ไป บรรยากาศภายในโรงแรมเป็นส่วนตัวดี วิวสวย ห้องพักสมราคา(ราคาที่จองผ่าน Agodo) หากเป็นราคาเต็มดูเหมือนจะไม่คุ้ม สระว่ายน้ำสวยมาก สภาพโรงแรมสวยห้องพักสะอาด ไม่ไกลจากสนามบินนัก

ทางโรงแรมควรปรับปรุงรายการอาหารให้มีความหลากหลายทั้งอาหารไทยและอาหาร Inter National เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกให้กับลูกค้า ไม่ควรแนะนำให้ลูกค้าไปที่ร้านอาหาร อ่าวปอซีฟู้ด เนื่องจากเป็นร้านอาหารเกรดต่ำ ไม่ควรค่ากับการแนะนำให้ลูกค้าไปทาน ส่วนเรื่องการบริการทางโรงแรมควรจัดรถบริการฟรีโดยไม่ต้องจำกัดเวลา สำหรับลูกค้าในการไปท่องเทียงหรือทานอาหารหาดอื่น เช่น กะตะ กะรน หรือป่าตอง จะเป็นการสร้างความประทับให้กับลูกค้าเพื่อกลับมาใช้บริการอีกครั้ง (ไม่ควรคิดเงินทุกอย่าง ปัจจุบันมีบริการไปในเมืองประมาณบ่ายและจะไปรับอีกครั้งก็เย็นประมาณ 6 โมง ซึ่งนานเกินไปลูกค้าไม่มีทางเลือก)ควรมีป้ายหรือเคาน์เตอร์แสดงรายการแนะนำการท่องเที่ยว พร้อมแสดงราคาที่เหมาะสมให้ลูกค้าเห็นได้อย่างชัดเจน เนื่องจากลูกค้าบางรายไม่ทราบว่าควรจะไปเที่ยวที่ไหน ตัดสินใจไม่ได้เพราะไม่มีข้อมูลและไม่แน่ใจ

บรรยากาศดี เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน แต่ควรเตรียมอาหารไปทานเอง เพราะอาหารในโรงแรมค่อนข้างแย่มาก การเดินทางเข้าออกหากไม่มีรถก็หมดสิทธิ์ ต้องจองผ่าน agoda จึงจะสมราคา หากจองผ่านโรงแรมโดยตรงถือว่าราคาแพงเกินไป หากต้องการท่องเที่ยวควรเตรียมโปรแกรมล่วงหน้าก่อนด้วยตัวเอง
