Very nice hotel close to the beach
location, quiet, close to the beach

Perfect for a peaceful holidays; I really enjoyed the pool and the useful help from the staff. The hotel is really close to the Surin beach, a paradise ! I would advise anyone to go there for a restful holidays or just a week end

Hidden Gem of a Unique Design.

This has been one of my best stays in SE Asia.
Very helpful staff.
Beautiful pool and deck area
Spacious rooms
Floor to ceiling windows to balcony that slide open.
Kettle and hair dryer supplied
Short walk to the beach 5 minutes.
Well stocked bar in fridge.
Cons:
So well built that door locks and knobs can be a bit tricky, and. Had to leave room for wi-fi signal.
Some renovations ongoing, but bearable.

Sauna being put in by pool deck.

The area next doors was basically a construction site when we were there late November 2012. Not exactly what you want on your vacation.
Other than that rooms were big and had a decent standard. The service was friendly but forgetful about most things they promised to deliver.

We really enjoyed out stay at this hotel. Our room was huge, stylish and very clean. Big overhead shower was great. The pool area is really nice for relaxing. Beach is just a few minutes walk away and there's a huge range of restaurants and bars within a short distance. Staff are really friendly. Our only negative comment would be that the breakfast was a bit basic. There is some building work going on at the moment - there wasn't any noise problems while we were there but there is a lot of workmen coming and going.

We stayed four nights at Surintra. The staff was lovely.
Breakfast was simple. Wi-Fi worked well. The pool was a relaxing place to take a break from the beach. Restaurants, Surin Beach, laundry facilities, and massage were all a short walk away. We enjoyed cocktails at an open-air bar across the street.

Quiet hotel near lovely beach
Pool, friendly/helpful staff, large rooms, walking distance to everything we wanted, airport pick-up

Quiet location within walking distance of Surin Beach;
close to restaurants, laundry, massage/beauty, with an open-air bar across the street. Rooms are clean and spacious with large showers. The pool was a nice place to relax in the shade with our 8-month old.

Little jewell off the main drag
Really Large rooms , spotlessly clean, open plan with an outdoor courtyard

You get a little fright when the taxi has to turn down a little rundown lane ,but its quieter off the main drag, and it's only a few feet from the main street and across the road is the beach.
it's really a peaceful little oasis. The staff are brilliant really friendly , late check out is no problem and a bargain.
it has a lovely pool, smallish , but I prefer the beach
You can have breakfast there. It has a large fridge for your duty free. I Love it , we have stayed there 3 times now.

the Beach is very nice...but also very quiet area with nothing to do ,just rekaxing .when we arrived they didnt remember our booking , so they didnt had the room and we got other room . towels have been used and dirty.much dust behind the bed.the Bathroom had better Times before.free wifi working just sometimes .telephon on room but not working and if you ask if could use phone at Front Desk,not working too.hotel is in a small street with bad view.i think the price is much too high for quality you got.you got better quality with better facilities everywhere in Phuket than there.

Large room, lovely pool

The room was excellent, clean and the hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the beach.
The pool is gorgeous and relaxing. A nice way to start the morning.
The breakfast was average - eggs, toast and bananas.
The staff was often hard to find or were not overly knowledgeable at times.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a great little Thai restaurant at the end of the road where youturnto go to the hotel. Nice staff and good food.
