Quite good hotel.
Nice pool, private, not so far from beach

Not impressive because there is no facility for family with small kids, limited breakfast but enough for us anyway, maybe because it's low season. No restaurant in hotel which is very boring cuz u have to go out and find some other restaurants in the area and the road has no footpath so you have to walk on the road. Big room but the bed makes a lot of unwanted noises no matter you just sit or lay in bed. People who work there are very helpful and friendly!

Great service and lovely place

The first room assigned had no power so we were given adjacent room of the same type with no hassle. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice and freshly cooked. To get to surin beach, turn left at the entrance of hotel and cross the road, we ended at the rocks instead of the beach as we headed straight across the road from hotel.

Quiet hotel near lovely beach
Pool, friendly/helpful staff, large rooms, walking distance to everything we wanted, airport pick-up

Quiet location within walking distance of Surin Beach;
close to restaurants, laundry, massage/beauty, with an open-air bar across the street. Rooms are clean and spacious with large showers. The pool was a nice place to relax in the shade with our 8-month old.

We stayed four nights at Surintra. The staff was lovely.
Breakfast was simple. Wi-Fi worked well. The pool was a relaxing place to take a break from the beach. Restaurants, Surin Beach, laundry facilities, and massage were all a short walk away. We enjoyed cocktails at an open-air bar across the street.

We planned to stay in Surin 6 days and the rest of the vacation to spend in Kata. But having arrived to this hotel, we have understood that it is the best option for a relaxing holiday, and having cancelled reservation at another hotel in Kata beach, we stayed in Surintra hotel more for about 1 month. Why?
1. The perfect location of the hotel to the probably the most beautiful bay in Phuket - 3 minutes by walk.
2. In Most of the hotels in Thailand is oriental design of the rooms. Without a doubt, it is beautiful, but often because of the damp climate , of the abundance of wooden panels and solid wood furniture, the rooms has specific unpleasant musty smell.
There are only 10 rooms in Surintra, it is real boutique hotel. The hotel has no own restaurant, but the question of food is easily solved, taking into account the abundance of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Our room in Surintra hotel pleased us modern design , the presence of easy and comfortable furniture (not expensive but very nice, a la IKEA), a huge lcd tv, free WiFi, output on its own a small terrace with small kitchen, with thickets of bamboo and wicker swings, pleasant, fresh, full of air atmosphere in the room. 3. On the territory of the hotel - a small garden, a small but always clean the pool, where you can swim and after sunset, stylish wicker chaise lounges, the convinient area with table, where you can to sit near pool in the evening.
4. AND of course I must say about the extremely friendly staff of the hotel, these people are always ready to help you in solving any questions. Such impression, that, becoming a guest Surintra hotel, you automatically become a member of a small but very friendly family.

Great, quiet place. Staff are fantastic

rooms were clean and modern. staff were very friendly and helpful. free wifi was great. pool was good. a short walk from the beach. would definitly recomend this to people wanting to stay at surin beach. we have a small baby and the resort was so accommodating.

Great family-run hotel on Surin Beach

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very personable and went out of their way to help us. The location was great and we liked our room quite a bit. The facilities are nice but the location is probably more rustic than other area options but if you like a smaller, boutique, "mom & pop" feel more so than a larger, corporate place, this is definitely the place to go on Surin Beach.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The pool is amazing and usually empty.

Neues Hotel und gute Lage
Schöner Pool, neue Zimmer und nicht weit zum Strand

Das Hotel ist sehr neu. Nachteil ist dass das Dach noch nicht fertig ist und hier noch Bauarbeiten sind. Zimmer sind selbst sehr schön eingerichtet mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Hat einen großen Kühlschrank!

สระว่ายน้ำสกปรก พนักงานบริการแย่มาก

เข้าเช็คอินที่พักสุดท้่ายด้วยความหงุดหงิดใจเล็กๆ จำไว้ในใจไม่ลืมเลยว่าจะไม่พักและไม่แนะนำใครให้มาพักที่ Surintra Resort อีกเลย ไม่มีจิตบริการ
อิชั้นเข้าพักไม่ได้เพราะมีเด็กเล็กเกิน หลังจากที่เจรจากันไม่ได้ก็เข้าใจยอมเปิดเพิ่มอีกหนึ่งห้องเพื่อให้หลานชายทั้งสองคนได้นอน (12 & 7) ถ้าเอาเตียงเสริมคิดราคาไม่ต่างจากเปิดห้องใหม่ และพนักงานพูดจาไม่เอาลูกค้า(ไทย)
พอเข้าที่พัก พบว่าห้องที่หลานชายนอนมันมีประตูเชื่อมแต่ล็อคจากฝั่งเราไม่ได้ เลยลงไปแจ้งพนักงาน อธิบายให้เขาฟังด้วยดีและมีมารยาท พนักงานตอบมาว่า "ประตูนั้นไม่ได้ใช้ตั้งแต่เปิดโรงแรมมา" ณ จุดนี้อิชั้นอยากอัดวีดีตอนสนทนากันมากๆค่ะ อิชั้นอธิบายเพิ่ม "แฟนลองเปิดประตูเขาเปิดได้เห็นคนในห้องนั้นด้วย". พนักงานเถียงโดยไวว่าหลานอิชั้นเป็นคนเปิดประตู เอิ่มถ้าใครจะเปิดมันต่างกันไหม??? พนักงานชักสีหน้าแล้วบอกว่า "ประตูนั้นถ้าเราไม่เปิดมันก็เปิดไม่ได้" she probably lost in translation
จึงขอเปลี่ยนห้องเพื่อความปลอดภัยของหลาน พนักงานบอกว่าจะคุยกับแขก(ต่างชาติ)ก่อน สงสัยอิชั้นไม่ใช่แขก??? ตอนนั้นมีพนีกงานหน้าเคาเตอร์สามคน
เลยบอกสามี(ต่างชาติ)ให้คุยกับพนักงานและกลุ่มเด็ก(ต่างชาติ)ที่คาดว่าน่าจะเป็นคนที่พักห้องข้างๆ และเขาก็เป็นพยานให้ว่าประตูมันเปิดได้จริงๆ พนักงานเลยเงียบและคุยกับต่างชาติเหล่านั้นด้วยภาษาดอกไม้ ท้ายที่สุดก็ได้กุญแจมาล็อกห้องและแฮปปี้ทั้งสองฝ่าย คือ ต่างชาติข้างห้องและอิชั้นเอง
เช้าวันต่อมา อิชั้นๆปเคาะห้องหลานชาย แล้วเจอแม่บ้านจึงถามเขาว่าร้านของชำอยุ่ตรงไหนบ้าง เขาให้ข้อมูลมาพอประมาณ อิชั้นกล่าวขอบคุณและเดินกลับ แม่บ้านถามว่าพักห้องไหน จึ่งตอบไปแล้วเดินต่อ ได้ยินเสียงตามมาว่า "อ่อ ผู้หญิงห้องนั้นน่ะเอง"
สระว่ายน้ำขุ่นมัว แลดูสกปรกมาก เราจึงไม่มีใครกล้าเสี่ยงชืวิตลงไปแหวกว่าย เพราะที่พักก่อนหน้านี้ เมื่อเทียบกันแล้วต่างกันแบบไม่ควรเอามาเทียบเลยทีเชียว
มั่นใจมาดว่าจะไม่มาพักที่นี่อีกเลย
ตลอดการพักที่นั่น พนักงานไม่มีการกล่าวทักทาย จึงอยากแนะนำว่า หากเป็นชาวไทยจะไปพัก ควรคิดให้หนักหน่อยค่ะ โดยเฉพาะชาวไทยที่ไปกับต่างชาติ
