Our holiday was great me and my husband left austraila to meet my sister from England to meet in Phuket .first time at Swisspalm we stayed in A two bedroom ,the people where fantastic always had smile do anything for you. The room where nice but they really need money spent on them alittle run down which is really sad because it's a really nice place . We would stay here again hopefully they will start spending alittle more time and money on the apartment .

Great hotel and location

we stayed as a family with a 3 and 1 year old. we requested a cot on arrival and it was swiftly brought to the room and erected in front of us. the staff were very friendly and offered valuable tips on sightseeing and standard pricing for transport etc. the food at the restaurant was beautiful. only a short 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to junceylon. the rooms were cleaned daily and the linen changed. our apartment was two storey and the small steep spiral staircase was a bit of a challenge with our one year old who wanted to climb it all the time. i would recommend to request a single level two bedroom if you have small children. the guests were also friendly and very sociable with lots of kids for ours to play with. we would definitely stay here again.
Restaurant Tip:
The small street restaurants along the beach front offer a wide choice of Thai and western food at very reasonable prices. Give them a go and support the locals as well as the larger hotels/restaurants.

I stayed as an elderly grandparent with my children and grand kids. I had a ground floor unit and they had a 2 bed upstairs unit. From the moment we checked in the staff made me feel welcome offering me a choice of ground floor or second floor unit. The room was very comfortable with a little kitchenette including two hot plates and kettle. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh linen and the cleaning staff were very friendly and chatty. The facials and massages at the adjoining massage pavilion were fantastic. I would definitely come back here again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
pay 100 baht and get unlimited wifi for you room and can even use it by the pool. what a bargain!!

we had a lovely stay here. relaxed around the pool. could go for a easy comfortable stroll along the beach front to the shops or restaurants. tuk tuk or taxi are in easy reach if you want to venture out or enjoying some of the sightseeings.
rooms are very comfortable with the separate living area and comfortable lounge.

Much room to improve a lot at that place .......

This is a typical hotel belonging to an expat owner which has invested some money some time / years ago. The reception / restaurant facilities are rather unconvenient and the open concept for the restaurant leads to the fact that is rather dirty. My friend and me (businessmen but also motorbiker) did not eat since we could not book the 2 bedroom apartment incl. breakfast. The 2 bedroom apartment (downstairs + upstairs) was so far O.K. but it is quite old. No specials like flat TV, nor large varity of International Chanels, no WI-FI, no balcony furnitures on the upper floor, wooden doors difficult to close since they got out of shape; no small things like tooth brush, shampoo, shower gel, etc.. The bedsheets were rather unpleasant old and the bathroom towels absolutely obsolete, very old and partially teared to pieces; no 2nd key was available; room was not made at the 2nd day until late afternoon since the staff was of the opinion that we are relaxing in our rooms! our key was deposited at the reception since we left early morning for a tour trip!
Travel tip:
Since we as businessmen are fully aware about cheap or expensive hotel prices we would never stay again at this place. It is definitive not worthy comparable with the price / offer. It is to expensive in relation what they offer. We have choosen that specific hotel since we wanted to be close to our other biker friends at Nicky's Handlebar Hotel, Ibis Hotel, Phuket Graceland and other hotels around that place!

由于房间太大，感觉没那么温馨，离海边3分钟，这边的酒店离繁华段有点远。比较安静。酒店外面就有大妈做按摩，比较泰式哦··
