Great family vacation

We stayed at the two bedroom suites it was literally six steps from room door to the pool. The room was lovely with very large living room and two decent size bedrooms. My only slight complaint was that the one bathroom was a little compact. But overall our space was lovely and spacious.
The kids were delighted with the pool, the pool slide, the kids world play area and the beach (a short walk away).
Adults were also pleased with the friendly service and the breakfast buffet.
Overall a wonderful family vacation.
The only place I would look for improvement would be the buffet dinner - it was good, but just wasn't great.

Nice inviting hotel

I enjoyed the swiss hotel. This is a very inviting hotel and resort upon arrival. It is definitely a family orientated hotel. This resort has a lot of positive features and only a few bad in my opinion. First off, the staff is very warm and accommodating. They really try to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is pleasant. The restaurant is excellent. We never had a bad meal. The rooms are large and spacious. Only negative is that the 2 bedrooms only have one bathroom to share. The 3 bedrooms have 2 bathrooms which is much better when traveling with 4 adults or more. The pool is very nice but often times overcrowded with kids. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and very peaceful with some excellent restaurants and bars. The massage center next to the hotel was excellent and affordable and proper. We rented motorbikes down from the resort which is more cost efficient than taking tuk tuks everywhere. Patong beach is about a 15-20 minute tuk tuk ride.
Overall our stay was nice.

Great Hotel but old rooms

The hotel is situated at a fair-distance location with good accessibilty to the nearby beach as well as the main tourist attraction - The Fantasea!
Bedrooms are big and well-eqipped, environment is clean and tidy, staffs are polite and helpful with warm hospitality. Facilities are exceleent, especially the Kid's Club which provides daily various activities and entertainments getting the children involved, whilst the swimming pool in the middle of the hoitel also provides a very good and relax recreationality.
The only concern to me is the bedrooms are quite old. But overall it's still generally a good hotel to me and my family.

Website doesn't give all the information that shoudl be required for this proerty. It should be very clear that there are NO lifts at the propery which means if you stay on the 4th level, you are walking up and down to your room. It should also be clear that a 2 bedroom suite only has 1 shared bathroom.
This is clearly a family resort and very loud and many children, not for couples looking for a quiet relaxing vacation.

I stayed in that hotel for 4 nights in order to avoid busy Patong and to relax. The location of this hotel is suitable for that purpose, however renting a scooter is required in my opinion, as the beach in front of the hotel is not the nicest one and the next convenience stores are roughly 1km away.

We love the setup of the family suite. All the beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clear. It is convenient to stay on the first floor, since we are a big family with elders and infant.
We booked airport transfer on Agoda, yet it was quite disappointed to have nobody welcoming us at the airport, so that we have to find a taxi by ourselves. The hotel said that they didn't receive any request from the website. So be careful and try to confirm the hotel for any special request. Agoda is not responsible for that.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There are shops right outside of the hotel to help you with: money changer, massage, clothes, hat, water and sand play toys and tours. But for restaurants, need to take taxi to the Kamala town or Patong beach.

great location of a good hotel

this is a nice and cozy hotel. alas not located directly to a beach it's on walking distance. the pool has also a pool, which is ideal for children. the food was good a bit on the expensive side compared to the food on the street.
Shopping Tip:
Look for a Tesco, 7-eleven or a Big C. Food is inexpensive and tasty
