Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Big Room, Quiet, Modern
Very spacious room, bathroom also very big, well decorated
8
Check-in was fast and easy despite our late arrival. Everything looks new and the room we had was very big (we actually thought it was a bit too big but that's just our personal opinion). However though the A/C wasn't as cold as we would like but it might be because of the size of the room. The shower was a bit slow to drain but no major flood or anything. Recommend all visitors to Phuket to rent a car because transportation on the island is REALLY expensive by our standard and it is a big island.

One of my favorite places to stay in Rawai
Staff, Rooms and the pool
8
I always enjoy staying at the Tea Tree Resort, it is in a nice quiet location and the rooms are quite nice. It is a very good value for the price and not an upscale hotel but very unique and comfortable. The staff are very nice and always make me feel welcome.

Spacious rooms, calm environment
Spacious well kept rooms, calm being 100m from the main road, near the sea gypsies market
6.7
Enjoyed the calm and esthetic style of the hotel. Also quite wel-placed to go to the sea gypsies' market and restaurant, or walk to the stretch of restaurants along Rawai.
Points for improvement:
- More availability of an English speaking front desk. Yes there were two but when they were not there, more often than not the Burmese staff could not effectively understand us, even when we speak basic Thai. So some other guests who couldn't speak Thai at all had difficulty conveying simple needs.
- Appropriate intervention from hotel staff: were disturbed by very boisterous groups of guests swimming late night and talking very loudly almost up to midnight. I had to tell off these guests by myself, because no one from hotel intervened.
- Quality of breakfast: Good quantity, but not much variety. Our orange juice was off on 2 days, butter was once replaced by a fat substitute, of the 4 choices effectively only 2 were available most days.
- Overall good condition. Maintenance: pls check wooden footstands of showers. Some arrcoming off.

Good place for a quiet getaway
Beautiful long pool, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and spa special with daily massage was great! Friendly, helpful staff!
8.7
Not the place if you want to lie on the beach as Rawai beach is a working beach, but good hotel for a quiet getaway.
Restaurant Tip:
Go down to the beach front and buy fresh seafood and then go to the nearby restaurants to have the seafood cooked the way that you want for pretty reasonable prices.

good hotel for area
small boutique hotel, quiet and with great swimming pool.

Great pool access deal which made the stay very enjoyable. Hotel was very good, fairly new and the staff were helpful.
Late checkout service was also good.
The Thai massages in the local Spa that were part of the hotel package were excellent.
You have to walk along a busy road to get to waterfront and local bars and shops.
Visit the Sea Gypsies market for great food and atmosphere.
Also visit the Friendley Beach resort for great food and free use of their pool and facilities.
Hotel Feature Tip:
book pool access room if possible.

A peaceful place for leisure holiday
Small hotel but come with a big size pool
8.7
We like this hotel, it located in a peaceful place, no much traveler around. Other words, the location for the first time traveler to Phuket may not recommend to it. But for second time or many time visit to Phuket and looking for relax style traveler. It will be a good place to go. Traveler are recommend to Chaweng Beach. A nice place to have dinner and short shopping trip.

Nice small minimalist hotel, good location
good size rooms with balcony & long lap pool
6.3
Everything was fine. We had problems over breakfast as the staff need an English speaking manager. The English owner appears to have built and staffed the hotel and left them to it, a mistake unless the staff are experienced and have good language skills.
Small things such as cheap breakfast bread, butter and no marmalade, running out of coffee pods so no proper coffee. Attention to detail generally needs more effort. The hotel is 3000 baht per night so should sort these matters out and it would be great.
Travel tip:
Good place for boat/diving activities, need a car though.

Quiet, modern and clean hotel with great service
Quiet, pool, modern, large and clean bathroom, king size bed, air-conditioning, spa, great service
8.3
I was looking for a quiet and comfortable hotel in Rawai to relax between scuba diving outings. I was really impressed by the large, modern, very clean rooms, and the great and smiling service.
