They have a 300 baht "joiner fee", but when they realised that I've been living in Thailand for 3 years they didn't even try asking for it. Good location as well.

Solo travelers Malaysia, February 04, 2013	Relatively new hotel Rooms are rather new and located in a queit part of Patong. 7.3 Standard room is a bit small but for the price i paid, I'm not complaining. The room with balcony is really a nice size but you have to pay about 400 baht more. There is some construction beside the hotel so sometimes it gets a little noisy if you sleep in. Receptionist are freindly and nice. Willing to accomodate your request if they can. Would come back again. Travel tip: You probably need to rent a bike if you dont like walking. Tuk tuks are expensive in Phuket.

The problem was the location was too far to walk to the center of Patong Beach. The day staff did not understand English at all. The night staff slept at the working time.

Groups China, December 26, 2012	Helpful staff but some room does not have window staff is helpful despite not so good at english 7 the staff is really kind, but some promotion rooms may not have window which made the room air not so fresh, and not convinient for dry clothes. The room is clean and standard. About 10-15 minutes walk to Big C and the seafood market, 20 minutes walk to the patong beach. Restaurant Tip: Go to seafood market which is opposite to big-c, the shopping center of patong.Buy fresh seafood at 1st floor,while 2nd foor restaurants could cook for u.

The staff were fab and always looking out to help you especially the sexy lady in the day. She was stunning. Has laundry next door and barbers opp, with plenty of beer shops. Room was spotless, with cracking powerful shower and cleaned daily almost as soon as you went out. Great dark wood colour, typical Thai. Would def stay here again. Was about 20 mins from Bangla and I love walking so no problems.
