Reasonable place to stay

Overall it's a fair deal. But I found a much better place at the same price even closer to Bangla Road after some shopping around. The room is clean although a little old. Reception was friendly. Only complaint is that the room was not cleaned everyday unless asked. But they did a great job cleaning it after my complaint.

Entrance to the hotel is not obvious, a small side walk at the side of the building; reception office is at level 2, don't have a proper reception counter; the reception office close after 9pm? after that no one in the office; if you want early morning check-out next day, better inform a day earlier or need to call them as no one is working in the early morning in the reception office (door close); return key need to put outside the office on the floor, the tv is child lock, unable to swicth channel...

Decent rooms, good location

The room is nice and big, clean and tidy. The walls and decor are somewhat plain, but that's no big issue really, just cosmetic. Shower works great, air conditioning readily available.
Staff are friendly and helpful, and speak English, Thai and Chinese. One good thing I like about this hotel is the daily room service, which was missing from some of the budget hotels I've visited in the past.
The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, and about a 10-15 minute leisurely stroll to Jungceylon (shopping mall) and Bangla Street. Numerous restaurants, serving a wide range of food from Thai to Lebanese to others, are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

i stayed with my girlfriend in"thai oriental inn" for a long weekend in april 2012 (3 days) i was really nice. i cannot say aany bad word about this place. everything was perfect or even more that i expected. the price was cheap. the location very convenient, 5 min to the beach, 10 min to the street with bars and clubs. the staff was also very nice and friendly. they gave us umbrelas when we wanted to go out once in a raining evening :) they also helped us with some usefull information that we asked for. i can strongly recommend this place to anybody expecially to young couples with small budget ;)

夜遅い時間にチェックインする時は事前に連絡したほうが良い

20時半位に着いたが、誰もスタッフいなく、電話するが50分位待たされた。窓なしの部屋だったが、エアコン、冷蔵庫、温水シャワー、タオル、TV、ネットがあった。残念なのが、枕カバー、シーツがあか臭いこと。場所は良い。

初めてのタイ１人旅で利用しました。ビーチにもショッピングモールにも屋台も近く大変便利でした。周りは繁華街ですが音も気にならず快適です。次に行くときもここに泊まります。このクオリティを保って欲しいです。

ロケーションが良く、部屋の広さも十分あり、コストパフォーマンスは高い。

ナイトスポットのバングラ通りにも、ショッピングモールのジャンクセーロンにも徒歩数分で、ホテル周辺にも数多くのレストランがある。
古い建物だが、よく清掃されており部屋の広さも充分ある。
ホテルの料金からすれば、コストパフォーマンスはとても高い。

โรงแรมแต่งสไตล์แบบจีนค่ะ เก่าและไม่มีลิฟ เดินเมื่อยเรยค่ะชั้น4 แต่เปลี่ยนวันเข้าพักได้ดีมากเรยค่ะกดผิดวันแต่เจ้าของสามารถวันให้ได้ ใกล้ห้างจังซีลอน แหล่งท่องเที่ยวกลางคืนไม่ไกลจากหาดป่าตอง โดยรวมถือว่าดีค่ะ
