Wonderful in every way!
Just enough off the main road to be quiet but just a couple minute walk to the beach, etc.

The hotel is average,must be up grade will be better. the location is good ,only 5 minute walk to the beach. the breakfast every day is same type no so many choice.
Travel tip:
you can rent the motor to walk around.

only good things to say about this hotel-resort.the staff is very friendly and played a lot with my daughter from 5 years old (nalyn),the food is very good,very nice garden + pool and the rooms are also fine as the location of the hotel.its near patong-center but still quit at night for sleeping.also the securetyguy in the front of the hotel and the guy who gives motos for rent are helpfull and friendly!My family loves the place.

The pool is closed too early. The rooms although booked very much earlier than my visit and specifically requested for rooms to be nearby were on 3 different floors.
Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Its near the beach and very accessible to food nearby.

Good budget hotel
close to beach, quiet, and small scale resort

Cheap-ish (for patong standard). Room is big but floor is sticky. No lift for 3 floor. No free wifi as most hotels in Patong don't give free wifi. Location is good, close to beach but away from the party happening street (15mins away)
Restaurant Tip:
If want free wifi, the cafe outside offer 30mins free wifi. If u want more, walk out abit for those free wifi cafe. Can improve on breakfast, toooooo basic and simple for the high price.
