The hotel was very nice but i think in the high season a bit over priced. Some would say Phuket is over priced in general. Fantastic location. Staff not the friendliest in the world.

If you are looking for a comfortable family hotel, where everything can be found nearby, you should then give Thara Patong a try. The swimming pool area is large, there are 3 or 4 different restaurants inside or just outside the hotel. All kind of shops can also be found just outside the hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the center and with a nice view from your room on the ocean, then this place is not for you.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you are not afraid of driving in the busy center, do not hesitate to rent motorbike for about 250 baths per day. Any short trip using a pick up will cost you the same amount of money!
