very big hotel with comfortable room

A very comfortable hotel. Located near patong beach and blanga road. But at the same time the rooms are away from the noisy street.
The hotel is really big, walking from the lobby to your room may be tiring after a long day with many stairs climb. Swimming pool is down during and morning breakfast are great.
Services purchase from the hotel can be really expensive. A taxi to airport can cost you 1300baht where the usual price is 600 - 700 baht.
Even bringing a guest in can be really expensive too.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
rent a bike which can go as low as 150 baht per day to 200 baht per day. Take a map and do ride out of patong and experience phuket. I strongly recommend a swim in Karon Beach and a Dinner over Sunset at Kata View Point.
Do remember to wear your helmet or prepare to get pull over by the cops

Well located hotel @ patong beach
location, location and location

best thing about the hotel is its location which is located in the middle of Patong beach. The main stretch of road is just at the hotel's back door and from there onwards, everything else is explorable on foot. The beach is max 100 metres away from the back gate where you could relax and chill or you could just continue walking down Patong main's beach road to see sights and sounds of this party city.
Hotel room is of decent size. There's 2 avaliable pool to take a dip. Service is moderate as there was nothing memorable and breakfast is of decent offering.

It's good location. My son had so much fun at swimming pool.
5 mins walk to the beach and 10 min walk to Robinson and easy for the
a nighttime. But I have to say that the room was damp the bathroom was block
That was very upset us while we stayed there.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel Check in was smooth reception staff very helpfull and smilling especially Katimaa,Breakfast was ok nice no complaints, Pool was nice ,we just had agood time in this hotel .close to the beach and all the attraction.

good location poor hotel hospitality

poor hotel hospitality when checking in and out. Got room bills confused with others. breakfast was average. I tried to order an Irish coffee at the pool bar but got told they couldn't make it for me because they would have to go to the cafe at reception to get the coffee (20 second walk away). There was little to no hospitality shown by the staff or the manager - rather that speak to his staff who were in front of us he emailed them wtih "advice". nothing changed!
a very disappointing holiday that a group were looking forward to.
