Over priced, old hotel with poor service

Terrible I booked the premier book under the assumption it had the pool access exit but they told me I had to pay extra. After deciding to upgrade to the pool access room they said it was available and then fully booked 10 mins after. The lobby staff were in considerate and lazy to be frank.

The stay we average at best. Staff was very unfriendly. Slow check in. Slow check out. Location not gery good. The only decent part of the whole stay was the pool

This is a nice resort with all the facilities you expect from this type of hotel. Very good swimming pool and good breakfast. They should have more stations for omelet, there is always a big queue. It's located close to the beach and Bangla Rd however it's very quiet. Free wifi but slow. Vey happy with the free upgrade to the deluxe room.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Sea Hag restaurant, the best Thai I tried in the city, it's about 12 min walk from the hotel. For the best fried rice ever, try Restaurant No 6, about 5 min walk.

The best location close to beach and Bangla road

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten. The rooms are OK, maybe getting a bit old but still clean and everything worked.
The location cannot be beaten. Just a few minutes walk to the beach from my room, plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Only about a 10 minute stroll down to Bangla Road and the pumping nightlight of Patong Beach.
Breakfast was a bit ordinary but enough to get you going in the morning.
The Italian restaurant was good with great pizza

two minor faults:
1. the hot water was luke warm - could be hotter. complained but nothing done about it.
2. the breakfast area opens at 6:30. however you can not get any fried eggs before 7:00 - the egg maker takes half an hour to clean & warm up his equipment. this should be done prior to 06:30
other than the above two minor issues i had a very pleasant stay. quiet, clean, comfortable hotel in a great location.

Nice hotel but present new rules at checkin

i am sorry to say that first impression was bad because they actually presented a set of rules which was not made available at Agoda. And I even had to sign the rules.
The room was nice but I was hearing even the smallest whisper at my next door neighbor.
The garden and pool area was beautiful, but I got mosquito bite every time I passed by.
My conclusion is that it was not worth the money.
