low price, good location, nice service, beach is full of rock, not really for swim, unstable wifi (we paid 200bhat for 2 hours) Its our honeymoon trip, we stayed in seaview bungalow, the best part of this hotel is that once we wake up, open our door, we are on the beach already, super nice, peaceful and quiet beach, good for honeymoon!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take shuttle or taxi (300 baht) to patong beach for lunch/dinner. lots of choices there.

well landscaped pool & gardens, good food and nice private beach location. Nicely laid out beach bungalows Water supply to bathrooms was discoloured and somewhat intermittent. On arrival the large open reception area gave a good impression of the hotel layout. Even though it was late staff were quick to attend and take us and our luggage to our room by 'golf buggy'. Check in was prompt and efficient. Our first hour was spent chasing down mosquitoes - I felt that the room could have been better prepared in this respect knowing that we were booked to arrive late. A little spray prior to our arrival would have helped. The room itself was compact and well laid out, including complimentary tea & coffee - but no kettle in which to heat the water! A walk round the well-landscaped pool and gardens in the morning prior to taking breakfast made us confident we had chosen the right hotel in the right location - on a private beach only 5 minutes drive north of Patong Bay. The hotel provides a twice-daily free shuttle service into Patong for those who get the urge to shop or just enjoy the noise and bustle of Patongs famous (infamous!?) night life.
The core area of the hotel is compact and well-maintained with the main pool and three restaurants all within a short reach of one another. However, the second pool out towards the jetty on the south side of the beach gave the impression that it was not maintained - the poolside had no sunchairs or loungers, no one was in attendance and the pool itself was full of leafs. The building adjacent to the jetty too was in a rundown condition (I think possibly used as a dive centre in a previous life)and boarded up - giving the area a feel of neglect. The only other downside was the discoloured water regularly coming out of the bathroom taps. It didn't give one confidence in the overall level of sanitation - I can imagine people thinking that the water and sewer lines had been crossed. Howver, as an Environmental Consultant I realized the problem is one of particulates in the system - easily overcome by strategic installation of cartridge filters prior to the point of use.
