the view of the hotel is very beautiful. the room is a little dark and old, the bathroom is old and not so clean. Generally speaking, Thavorn Beach Village and Spa is a good choice to live in the Patong Beach. In fact, although it's not located on the Patong Beach, it's not far from Patong, about 10 mins by Tutu. What's important, it's a quiet and beautiful place. But the room is a little dark and old, the bathroom is old and not so clean. Anyway, it's value for money.
Restaurant Tip : the choice of restaurants in or around the Thavorn Beach Village and Spa is limited. It's better to have the dinner at the Patong beach.

staff communication very poor - moved rooms, waited to have our luggage moved to the new room for 20 minutes, the front desk never called to have the luggage moved as they said they would do.
- waited for the front desk to contact us with the new room location, they never did, we had to contact them
- they asked us to move rooms at noon and we packed, walked down to the front lobby and was told the room would not be ready until 3, we had to go back to the old room until 3
the water in the bathroom coming from the faucet and the shower was brown
need to hire more staff members that speak English, that can help the customers with their needs.
the staff was not entirely helpful, the service was extremely slow, the water completely shut off for a day, when it came back on it was brown.

staff were always helpful some beyond what they had to,beautiful setting ,breakfast was always amazing expensive for drinks and meals as it was a hassle to go into town if they were more affordable we would not have left the resort at all. My daughter could not have picked a more perfect venue for her wedding, the flowers were incredible.The fruit was intricately carved ,the food was amazing and all the staff felt like they were part of the family,it truly was the most beautiful wedding because of the effort the staff all put in.

Beautiful beach & pool, very good food, very friendly people Food in the restaurants and massages are quite expensive for Thailand (but Phuket is expensive in general) The resort is beautiful and you can have a great relaxing time there. The private beach is so much better than the full Patong beach. The rooms are clean and nice. I can totally recommend this resort and I am happy to come back. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.
Nightlife Tip : If you want to have fun and go party - take the taxi to Patong. If you want to enjoy a calm night and have good food for a reasonable price, go to Kamala.

The hotel was excellent value for money, the rooms are very spacious and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is 10 mins drive from Patong with no shops or restaurants near by so the food at the hotel is quite expensive and the mini bar and drinks are sky high in comparison to other hotels, although the food is to a high standard. You can't really swim in the sea due to all the rocks. The staff were very friendly and sorted any problems very quickly. Very good value for money as long as you don't eat and drink in the hotel! There is a free bus into Patong twice a day (10.30 & 3.00) otherwise its a 300THB taxi ride. You can get a tuk tuk back for 200 THB - make sure you get some supplies from the 7-11! I would stay here again if I returned to Phuket.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can walk to the view point (about a 10 min walk towards Patong) excellent View!

Good size rooms fit for family with small children. Peaceful. Far away from activities. Nice place with great pool area. Far away from action- good and bad (peaceful but when want to go for action you really must go - can´t just drop there). Beds were quite good( not too hard like many times in Asia). Balcony was nice with sunbeds). Many types of accommodations(rooms, bungalows etc). Will come back some day for 4-5 days.

Great pool area. Really peaceful place. Good size rooms- fits for family with small children. Nice balcony with sun beds. Good value for money. Isolated - far away from action and eating places (300 bath to get Patong). Eating at resort bit pricey (about 3 times more expensive than at local diners). We liked this resort. It´s bit far away but on the other side it´s good. Pool is great- we really enjoyed it with small kids. Hotel is good also to couples who want peace and relaxation. Many room types seem to be available. Nice sauna and steam room. We will come back again about 5 days ( to relax but for 2 week holiday it´s maybe too quiet).

quiet, clean, own beach, marvellous territory, convenient rooms, nice swimming pools entartainment programm of the hotel needs to be improved I was really memorable stay in this hotel, very romantic atmosphere is suitable for couples, honeymooners. Very clean and nice own beach where you can enjoy marvellous scenery of high tide and low tide. Very friendly staff and overall atmoshpere of this hotel make you feel like at home. You really dont want to leave this place and want definitely to return there one day. Very memorable stay

The Thavorn Beach Village & Spa Phuket Hotel in Phuket (Nakalay bay - near Patong beach)is a very good choice in Phuket (near the beach) and away from the noisy area's. It's a wonderful beach resort and absolutely the best in this sort. It's a place in heaven. Next time again.

Great Views of Ocean and private quiet beach with no hawkers etc., Great rooms, food, pools & position a little far from Pataong beach but this can be a blessing as quiet at night This is a great resort with awesome rooms & views and nice pools, with private beach, nice food (expensive), very good staff service. Not too much for small children to do other than swim. Great place for honeymoon or couples or singles who want peace & to relax etc., Not far to travel to Patang Beach and free shuttle although need to stand in line and wait for this.Hire a scooter and explore the island.

Over the past few years we have stayed at several nice resorts in Phuket
Travel tip : This place is 15 min from downtown Patong, but dont let that stop you because they offer FREE ferry service to town and Taxi is only bout 3oo Baht.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast is lovely with a large variety. The hotel is a little bit too far from Patong beach and the free shuttle bus they provide only departs twice a day and will not take you back to the Hotel. Overall the Hotel is absolutely stunning and the pool is breath taking!
Would definitely recommend and return!
Nightlife Tip : A Tuk-Tuk from Patong is around 200-300 Baht and be prepared for tour operators to charge more to drop off/ pick up from the hotel.

Has private beach and a very good garden. Have been in the hotel for three nights and it has been a wonderful experience. The hotel crew was gentle and was very patient to explain everything we had to know regarding transportations. The rooms were also great (with big Jacuzzi and a big safe in it). We really enjoyed the stay. But a long way to walk from room to lobby. Advertised with a Patong Beach location, it is clearly not close to Patong beach.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Quiet beach.
