Basically satisfied. But the attraction place are quite far away from the hotel location. Need to rent motobike to go to the beach area. And remember to ask if the hotel have their own motobike to rent, because we walk so far to find for the bike rental.

Memorable!

Our stay at the Artist House totally made our first time trip in Phuket more memorable. Although it's 10-15mins walk and you need to ride a motor taxi or a tuk-tuk to reach the beach and some cheap shopping at least it's a safe place, very clean, good food and lovely staff. Me and my husband will definitely be back :)

The staffs were really friendly and very attentive. They remembered the number of sauce packets we used the previous day and gave us the exact the following day. They were also prompt with their service.On our check out, they were also very helpful and asked us to give them the person to contact for our tour and called the person up to ask in Thai where they were. They really went the extra mile without us having to receive help from them.

If you don't want the chaos of patong streets but still like the beach, this is your hotel, it might be far from the beach, but you could rent a motorbike and enjoy the scenery. Great staff.

A Home away from Home feel created by the warm and friendly staffs.
From check-in to Check out they made personal effort to unsure that all our needs and request were catered to. Thier check in drink was awesome and if u need a kick
start ask them for a Mai tai!!

7-11 store just a stone throw away and a great Thai food restuarant just 2-3mins away.
Its a gd 10-15 mins walk to the beach. But its near the action minus the noise. Bikes rental arrangements can be made or Bike taxis or tut tut can be arranged by the ever willing staffs at short notice.
Real Good value for money.
This will be my choice of stay when i am back in Patong again.

1, It may not be centrally located round Bangla, but with just a bike (which they provide rental of), all your problems are solved. And better yet, you get an overview of Phuket by getting lostt round

Comfortable, quiet and artsy with lovely staff AA+
The rooms were new and minimal , but still cozy. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.right next door to seven/11 and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants
