Perfect Patong stay!
Warm and Caring staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Great value for money.

A Home away from Home feel created by the warm and friendly staffs.
From check-in to Check out they made personal effort to unsure that all our needs and request were catered to. Thier check in drink was awesome and if u need a kick
start ask them for a Mai tai!!

7-11 store just a stone throw away and a great Thai food restuarant just 2-3mins away.
Its a gd 10-15 mins walk to the beach. But its near the action minus the noise. Bikes rental arrangements can be made or Bike taxis or tut tut can be arranged by the ever willing staffs at short notice.
Real Good value for money.
This will be my choice of stay when i am back in Patong again.

Comfortable, quiet and artsy with lovely staff AA+
The rooms were new and minimal , but still cozy. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.right next door to seven/11 and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants

Great start for a new hotel..Intimate staff..
Empathy of staff,particularly owner..spoken English a problem..I'll definitely go back..

unusal concept for me in thailand. i have been to thailand approximately 30 times with my family so i was unsure what to
expect..i was extremelyunwell after 6 days and didn't have hardly any medications left. (i miscalculated). the owner drove
me to a local large clinic, whers i got some relief for my
chronic depression/anxiety & panic attacks. i couldn't get home
any earlier due full flights. only 3 staff, including the owner. a tight ship, tastefully presented. when the word gets out and the adjoining building is completed(noise at present)
it will be a big winner.(as pool facilities next doorwill be open to artist house.house-keeping the only problem for me.
Shopping Tip:
Avoid the rude Indians who have infiltrated the main drag.
They are hostile if you don't buy, wheras the Thais are polite
and expect the fun of the bargain.I went back to the"trustworthy" Didn't bargain much.Thais great fun to bargain.

It was a different type of holiday for me as I had been very ill. To make matters worse I leftextremely important medications behind and went into severe withdawal mode.
The owner recognised my plight and drove me to a local clinic.
Nothing could be done in the medical sense but the insisting empathy of the owner made sure I was okay. Usually I go the beach first off but spentnearly 2 weeks in the hotel room.
So I guess I was able to evaluate quite critically.Customer
service is my business, being an Airport Manager from Sydney.
A great little hotel which will improve as the next door hotel
is completed.I am told, customers willbe able to use pool facilities and more.
Shopping Tip:
It seems that Indians are taking ove the main strip at Patong.
They are a pain in the A and nowhere near as much fun as the Thais. Go to Otop shopping market. It's cheaper, have cheap meals and it's safer and less bothersome.

the hotel is rather hard to find, so i recommend having them arrange airport pick up. it's worth the money in the end to keep you sane looking for it. (it's quite new and not a lot of taxi's know about it)
i arrived at the hotel to a rather stylish and new boutique hotel, i was quite surprised. i was greates by two young ladies who gave me a welcome drink and brought me to my room. the rooms are really spacious and new.. amazing decor and air conditioning that works! the showers were hot and great pressure!
the location of this hotel was about 10 minutes to the beach and party area of bangla rd.
only complaint i had was, after a night of partying.. they have construction across the way that will be sure to wake you at 8:00am.
i give this hotel. 10/10 and would stay again in a heart beat!

Great hotel with no amenities. They would be happy to assist in anything your heart desires!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at!

The staff at the Artist House was very welcoming.
The owner of the hotel didn't know how to speak english, so he would call his daughter on his mobile for me to talk to. Even though this had become quite tedious, the customer service was at excellent quality.
The room was nothing less than beautiful and clean.
There is still renovations occurring next door to the hotel, however it isn't much of a problem.
They had organised my tours and dropped me off the places, instead of me paying for a taxi, which was lovely.
I loved the idea of the board they have, of all the people that had stayed at their hotel.
upon leaving, they had also given me a gift which will really make me remember the wonderful experience I had in Patong!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must do all the tours, islands, mountains etc.

The Artist Hotel is quite possibly the last secret place in Patong to discover. Set just far enough back from the bustling markets, beach and hectic disco bars that are overrun with tourists, on an unassuming street this hotel is nothing less than a breath of fresh air and a sanctuary for the creative. If you have a deep appreciation of good design, art and meeting wonderful local people then this is the hotel for you. A family run boutique place, its always filled with genuine, welcoming smiles. You feel at home and amongst friends when you return from a busy day of touring.
The gallery upon arrival is stunning and filled with work from local artists. The rooms are light, airy with a well considered style and all the mod cons you could need.
In a heartbeat I would recommend this hotel and the now friends I have made that run it. I look forward to returning in the future and I wish them all the success!

这家酒店是此次旅行给我印象最深的一家酒店，酒店的服务员特别亲切可爱，酒店离海滩走路15分钟，在一个小山坡上，晚上挺安静的，位置挺不错的，酒店对面就有7-11，非常方便~下次去普吉还会再去的~
