Pretty cool architecture. Helpful reception desk. Amazing sea side view. Three amazing pools.
The beach is not easily accessible.
I stayed two nights at this hotel with my girlfriend and I wished I could have stayed there little bite longer. This hotel had an Aztec decor. When we first arrived, the reception desk told us to seat at the couch and wait while they get our reservation in order. They brought us drinks while we waited. Then they gave us vouchers for dinner and message at their spa. We took advantage of both vouchers. We ate one dinner for free and got 40 minute full body message at the spa. I paid little bit more for the deluxe grand sea view and I was glad that I did. The view was great. I loved the decor of our room and especially the bathroom and the shower. I would recommend checking out the pool next door. The building next door is also part of the hotel. Only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that the beach is not easily accessible. The Aspasia is situated on a hill so you have to walk down to the beach. There are two ways to get down to the beach, the long way and the short way. If you take the long way, it will take you about 10 minute and the short way about 5 minute. If you decide to take the shorter way, it could be more challenging. We had no problem taking either way. It was good exercise and not really a problem for me and my girlfriend.

Beautiful hotel. Huge rooms, art deco style, lovely bathroom. Beautiful views, great swimming pool.
Path down to beach dangerous and difficult to maneovre. This is not hotel's fault. Connecting doors in every room which causes a sound problem. Sometimes I could hear what they were saying in the next room! But no problem sleeping. Staff need to understand english better for international travelers.
This is a beautiful and romantic hotel, quiet and peaceful. The rooms a very large and beautiful art deco doors and mirrors. Only one restaurant, but the food is good. The hotel guests would benefit from having a tuk tuk or shuttle to the shops and beach, as it's rather a long walk in the heat, especially back up hill! All in all a lovely hotel. I will return.

Pearched on a hill side and nice view over the sea.
Alowing kids and adults to jump from one pool to the other which is a 4m drop.
Nice hotel getting a bit old now and needs some renovations but very comfortable. Friendly staff and good big rooms. There was 2 problems, one the walk up the hill and the pathway by the creek leading to the beach was dirty and muddy and the AC in the room was right over the bed and the return fan noise was disturbing as i am a light sleeper. Breakfst was good.
Hotel Feature Tip : Just a nice place to relax if that is what you want. Need a car to get to Patong Beach or suffer the Tuk Tuk trip.
