Great ocean view but far from town

Even local people do not know about this place. Sometimes I find it hard to explain the location to the tuk tuk drivers. The hotel is far from patong city. You need to pay 20bath to get you there. Another drawback is no beach towel provided. The rest are okay. If you opt for quiet and relax stay and don't mind to cook your own meal, this hotel suits you very well.
Restaurant Tip:
There are no many restaurants nearby. I suggest you to cook your own meal.

Away from crowd, cleaniness of the hotel is awesome. Friendly staff and come with parking! View from apartment is awesome with a plunge pool!

Although i feel little concerned after read other reviews about baycliff,but when i reached there,i feel so reliefed.
The room is very clean,and quite big for my family stay.The bathroom is super big and nice,with a very big bathtube..but there's only 1 bathroom for 2 bedroom condo,so i must queued a little to use the shower.
I also not experienced with any noisy from the building construction,maybe because i left the condo from early morning,and back again in the afternoon.The kithchen also nice and filled with useful utensiles.
The reception very kind,i don't feel any obstacle to request for extra pillow.
Even the place is quite far from the centre city,but since i used travel agent to arrange my trip,so it wasn't a big problem.
But there's no jacuzzy in my room like showed in the internet before..:(
It's not really far to reach the edge of the beach,can be reach by walking,donhill the condo.
I pretty satisfied with baycliff..it's not a hotel but a condotel,but i still can find a good facilities at there,wit a good view and cozy swimming pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bring food when you go there,because there's a kitchen,and because the place is quite far from the city,it will be a little hard to find food near the baycliff cono.
Don't forget to bring your swimsuit when you have a trip to phuket!
And you must not missed to experienced phuket fantasea show with a super nice gala dinner.

Big hotel room but service not very good

structure of building quite inconvenice as the swimming pool is actually right infront of my hotel room, appox. about 2-3m, however there was no way to access. it is good if there are connected. I expected to stay the room on roof top as i wanted to have private pool to surprise my friend however the hotel staff turn me down. other then that the room was new, big and clean!
Shopping Tip:
you may get a tut tut to send you to jungceylon, as for what i know their tut tut fare start rate is 200bucks, but u can still bargain with driver.

great service and nice clean hotel
good to stay here just outside the city. great poool and the gym was good to visit. great security tobad no breakfast but that is easly sorted in your own kitchen in room. roomservice was ok many people in onetime come and clean up.a brigade was fun to see !nice sea view and pool on balcony the best thing ever! neigbours building almost done the last building is done so soon there will be a couple newly build hotels around to viisit for sure i will return to this place good fun.!

Nice spot but Front Desk not so great.

Large rooms with large bathrooms, just enough away from the craziness of Pa-tong. House keeping were much nicer and friendlier than the front desk team.
Treated us like we were idiots and didn't know the going rates of taxis or transfers. Great apartments, great location shame about the service.
Note: Construction of more apartments all around but didn't affect a sleep in.
Tip: Hire a scooter from the place down the street. Only a day. Great way to get around.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make note of any damage prior to accepting the room.
