..a quite place to stay if u really want to relax n keep to ure self. Wuz ok to me, as i had a private plunge pool right outside my room. Rooms were huge as i got the 2 rooms plunge pool suite.
Breakfast Food was moderate and nice enuf! :)
Travel tip:
get a taxi outside from the hotel to go to Robinson Phuket, opposite the mall is a nice Massage place called 'Kim' massage...very reasonable prices

Quiet location in a very decent environment.

Very Australian. most guests are Aussie, admin is Aussie. If u want to get a "feel" of thailand, you wont get it here...otherwise a nice place for families in a quiet part of Phuket Island. No restaurants or other facilities though, Patong is 40kms away and costs one way. Very expensive to move around from Panwa. Good if you dont want to move around. Very beautiful area. Resort itself has much to be improved, maintenance of the property was a real problem, aircons leaking and showers not working. Staff are not friendly and helpful like other resorts in Phuket.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Great place if u want to get away from it all. The noise, the tourism and the nightlife.

Great hotel with lot of facilities

It is really a great hotel. Sea view is clearly visible from room. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Place is very quiet and closer to mountains. Staff is very friendly.

Nice Quiet Hotel

The breakfast every morning was very good. The maintenance of the rooms were a little run down especially the toilets, there was a slight smell of the sewers. Overall the rooms and the beds were very comfortable. Room amenities were adequate. I really like the size of the rooms, very very spacious. For the location you must really have a car to go anywhere, hotel a little far out.
Travel tip:
Make sure you have a rental car which you can pick up at the airport on arrival. Get you supplies from Tesco's which is on the way from the airport to the hotel.... the facilities for cooking in the room is adequate for small meals.

Quiet and luxurious getaway

The Bel Air didn't look very resort-like from the outside, I thought it was an apartment complex. But all was forgiven once we stepped inside our room. It was HUGE! The master bedroom has a very nice sea view and the sunrise was quite spectacular. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the pillows nice and fluffy. The Balcony with deck chairs were great for relaxing and enjoying the breeze from the privacy of your room.
Staff was friendly, although some of them didn't speak much English which is fine, but perhaps management could put in a translation card in the guest information booklet, for simple items like towels, ice and glasses. I had a bit of trouble asking for a bucket of ice and I overheard one guest trying to ask for towels repeatedly - but these are small inconveniences.
The Spa is great and pretty good value. It's more expensive than getting a massage down the road of course, but worth it for the products they use. My friend and I did a combination of body scrub, hot oil massage and facial, and it was pure bliss. The therapists were excellent and professional as well.
The only complaint would be that it's pretty far from the commercial areas of Phuket, so shopping can be a hassle, but if your agenda is to get away from the madding crowds, then this place is where you wanna be.
Restaurant Tip:
If you're brave, there are small restaurants nearby that serve authentic thai food at a fraction of the cost of the room service menu.

시설이 훌륭하고 친절한 직원이 인상적인 호텔입니다
ta라는 직원이 아주 친절하고 인상적이네요.
큰방과 부엌시설이 아주 유용합니다
작은방 침대는 아이들 용이라서인지 성인이 쓰자니 약간 불편하더군요
아침 조식도 잘 나오고 전용비치는 차로 이동해야하는 불편이 있지만 바다에서 수영하고 쉬기에 적당합니다
차가 있어야합니다 택시로 다니기엔 이동비가 너무 많이들어요
근방에 아무것도 없다고 보시면 됩니다
우리는 렌트카로 장보고 이동하고 다녔읍니다
가격대비 훌륭합니다
Shopping Tip:
20분 거리에 쇼핑쎈터가 있고 마트가 있읍니다
마트에서 식료품을 사서 유용하게 생활할 수 잇읍니다
전용비치는 아주 좋읍니다.수영장도 잘 꾸며 놓앗네요

érdemes megkérni előre, hogy a szobát szellőztessék ki mielőtt az ember odaér. kicsit kiesik a központból, ezért a reptéren nehezebb taxit kapni, de sokkal nyugodtabb is
