the villa is clean, spacious and exactly the same as what see on the website. the location is quiet but there's shuttle services to patong and kamala beach. overall stay was fabulous!

Quiet, away from hustle & bustle but yet close enough to city centre

nice peaceful holiday retreat that's away from the hustle & bustle of the city area. this means you will have to hire a driver to take you around the island. in house dining is of great quality (especially the pineapple rice) and breakfast variety is great. villa is a short 15 min drive to patong area where jungceylon is.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Simon Caberet Show, Phuket FantaSea and Lotus Restaurant are must visits!

if you want a place with lots of privacy and nice romantic atmosphere the bell is definitely the place to be. however you may need to consider renting a vehicle because it is very inaccessible . service is good but i would it can be improved. i will definitely consider coming back to the bell again

the breakfast not so good, becasue they are always miss the food as you request in the menu.
Nightlife Tip:
you got to drive about one and half hour to downtown, between you have to pass the mountain road , and there is very dark in the night.

nice private pool villas made our stay to remember. very clean but it is isolated in location. and you better arrange the transportation by ur self because they charge too much in the hotel
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Phuket Phantasee show is very near, its good to spend one night during ur stay to watch the show.

Stayed in a two-bedroom suite with private pool. It was a fantastic stay in almost every way. The highlight was the great level of service rendered by the hotel's staff (especially the butlers). The only slight grievance is that it's quite far from the night market but it's alright if you value comfort over shopping.

Very spacious villa with a decent size pool. Service was excellent apart from the service of the butler for the night shift . Location is very secluded as you need to rent car / bike which the hotel provide at a higher rates. tip: rent a car at the airport will have much more savings and convenience. Breakfast was so so .
Restaurant Tip:
Visit karon beach much better fashion and restaurants.

Great villa but bad location

Nice environment for not only couple but also families. Swimming is very large for a lot of people to have fun in. Breakfast was nicely served and they has got great services. I had a good time staying there because of the very peaceful environment. The only bad thing about it is that the location was too deep inside from the city area where vehicle was needed for all time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There was this place naming FantaSea in Kamala, it is a great place to go where you can also learn about the history of kamala beach in a entertaining way.

Not often you get what is promised. This hotel did just that. Beautiful set up and very good staff friendly and efficient. Having your own pool is wonderful, the rooms were fantastic.However

My first impression when we arrived was wow!! My spouse was also impressed. the rooms had everything and the idea of having your own large private pool was very special.
As I said in the cons I was very upset with our stay being ruined by the total lack of privacy. And having the villa next door rebuilt was very noisy.
Then to be hit with a bill of 2000bht for a small bag of laundry. Sort of made me feel that all those beautiful smiles were false. I did complain, nicely, very nicely met with smiles
Travel tip:
This place could be the best. It has everything that you could want for that private quiet relaxed retreat.
Just be aware of the hidden costs and the ongoing construction.

A hidden gem in Kamala
High standard and comfort, well equipped from kitchen to bathrooms, friendly and service minded staff.

Very private, romantic and spacious Villas, well suited for both couples, friends and families. The layout and design has good "feng shui" and you feel at home after a few days. This is the first time I've experienced that pictures on a website does not oversell the product, the real thing was better than on the pictures. During our stay we held a wedding and 2 dinner parties hosting a total of 11 persons at the Villa which management and staff at the Bell arranged for us in a very professional and discrete manner.
