First time stayed in this hotel and found that this hotel is valued for the price and room size. We booked 22 rooms for 2 single bed and 1 queen bed size. However my queen size bed came with a bath tub and the water can't flow easily, therefore we have to take a shower in the other room. That is the only problem for us. The hotel staff was not always around in the building are so did not call them to fix it since we also stayed for 1 night only.
Restaurant Tip:
We went to Jungceylon mall to buy water, snack, Durian for a cheaper price than food stall in the street.

this is a boutique hotel. it is good location, reasonable price. our room is faced to the patong beach. can see the seeset. so nice. and the room is quiet big but the toilet is a bit water leaking. overall is good hotel at this price. the conclusion is clean, good price and convenience. if you want to find a good location. it is a good choice. will come back next time.
Restaurant Tip:
This hotel is down a long narrow alley. But it is very convenience to go anywhere on foot such as Bar street, Juncelon, and the Patong Beach.....

Enjoyed our stay. Stayed an extra night. When we arrived slightly tired and hungover they gave us a drink of orange juice while we checked in which Was great. Prives for room service were very competrtive which we hadnt seen before. Nice modern clean room. Brand new shower and bathroom.
Lift right outside our room which made a bing bong noise whenever it was called which was annoying.
Also its very open plan between floors so noise can be heard if you have some ignorant people come in at 3am.
Overall though enjoyed our stay. Would stay again
Restaurant Tip:
Just a few doors down there is a great italian restaraunt called marco polo in sorrento. Which is run by a very welcoming and friendly italian man. Oven baked pizza and very high quality food here! Nice to be treated well by a restaraunt owner which doesnt happen much in patong.

This hotel is set in a very convenient location , just near by the Patong beach , 5 min walking time to Bangla road & can easyly get the restaurant just around the hotel . The hotel room are clean , big enough & quite nice for the suite & superior room , but just the air-conditional for room are not cool !

Overall is acceptable, cannot complain because the location and the price is attractive. In the center of Patong beach. The sneak bar price is attractive. If you need to find a not good experience. Just the water a little bit salty smell, even the bottle water they offer to me. Buy some bottle outside is better, otherwise everything is good, Internet is good as well.
Restaurant Tip:
Everything is in walking area, anything you want to buy and eat can walk to. No anymore price need to waste in travel.

Small room but comfortable. Clean bathroom. Wi-fi provided every floor. The location is near Patong Beach, just walk around 5 minutes to reach the beach. To reach Jungceylon Mall, you have to walk around 15 minutes. The hotel also near with Bar and Pub around Patong area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't take a tour from the airport, it is more expensive. Tour around hotel is much cheaper.

Value hotel with some minor changes needed

Overall we were satisfied with out stay but some minor changes needs to be made to make it better. Firstly, there arent enough hooks to hang your clothes and towels and the edges of the bed is poorly designed, and end up knocking our feet over several times. Good hot shower, comfortable bed and covers, basic toiletries(no tooth brush, no shaver, no bar soap)with modern room setting. The balcony is quite useless as the view is facing the Belle Hostel instead. Staff arent that great (the ladies were a little more 'couldn't care less' attitude than the men) but can do lah.
Restaurant Tip:
eat at Restaurant no. 6. its one of the most decent thai restaurant around. we went back 3 times throughout the trip.
