Very nice hotel, great location

Stayed in The Belle Resort for 5 nights and had a great time. Rooms were nice and cozy, very worth the affordable price. Right across Patong beach and 5 minute walk to Bangla Road. Many restaurants and other shops surrounding it. Staff were mostly nice and helpful, except for one or two occasions.
All in all, very nice place and well worth our money. Definitely recommended to all those going to Phuket on a budget. And I would recommend people to book The Belle Resort and avoid The Belle Hostel as that place looked dirty and deserted.

room service sucks - closes at 5pm. frontdesk staff showed no interest. location of this hotel is horrible as when you want to head out to the beach, you will be hassled by the same locals. after 5 days it was a relief to be heading home.

This hotel is set in a very convenient location , just near by the Patong beach , 5 min walking time to Bangla road & can easyly get the restaurant just around the hotel . The hotel room are clean , big enough & quite nice for the suite & superior room , but just the air-conditional for room are not cool !

We stayed at The Belle Resort in Patong with a 4yo child on our last day in Phuket after 2 nights earlier in Kata. The staff there were friendly and we have a good first impression.
As for the room. albeit it was smaller than the pics on the website, I feel that it was alright and justified with the price we paid for it. It was clean and neat.
We decided to have an early night at around 10.30pm as our airport transfer will pick us up at 5am. However, none of us could have any decent sleep due to the noise of fireworks from the beach non stop thru out the nite. On top of that, there are also noises from other guests who are out partying till wee hours of the morning.
I also requested for an extra pillow but were told that they ran out of pillow.
To the credit of the hotel, the snacks/drinks that were provided in the room were sold at the same price as the 7-11. I think this is a very nice part of the hotel.

The staff are really friendly. I was rained out for two days straight, so thankfully, the cable TV channels are good and the wifi (which is free) is strong.
The unfortunate thing is while the room is beautiful, there was a peculiar stench, especially in the bathroom. There were also a lot of small flies sticking to the walls of the bathroom, which was quite gross. Also, as it was raining very heavily, water flowed in from the balcony into my room and the ceiling was also leaking in the bathroom.
Another unfortunate thing during my stay was the kids in the next room were playing drums and it was extremely noisy and irritating. Also, even though I had a balcony, there was no view. The view of my balcony is actually the opposite room balcony.
