The hotel was very quiet and situated at the end of a little street off the main road which was a couple of minutes walk from Bangla Road. The staff were lovely and even went to the shop for us to get alcohol when it was raining. The room was very big and had a leather corner settee. The mini bar was cheaper than the supermarket, but the shower was cold, which isnt really a big deal when you're in a hot country. Unfortunately it rained 3 out of 4 days that we were there, so we didnt use the swimming pool. Id highly recommend the ATV and Elephant trekking trip, which includes a monkey show. One of the best trips we have done so far and the sun even made an appearance! Overall the hotel was very good, but maybe a bit too quiet for our taste.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Elephant trekking and ATV!!! They even let us ride the elephant through the jungle alone, which was amazing!

"congratulations" the belle resort and thankyou agoda for finding a hotel where you are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive at the front entrance with luggage.
after several disasters on my "asian trip" this hotel was a breath of fresh air.
all aspects of service most professional and with a smile.
would i go back and stay at the belle resort yes!! no need to look elsewhere.
Travel tip:
nice quiet place to stay after a hectic night,s out.
two minutes stroll to beach.
walking distance to all restaurants.
short stroll to bangla road action aplenty.

the 1st thing i have to mention that the belle hotel has provided a great customer service among the hotels that i ever stayed in. although it is just a small-scale hotel but their good service make me feel like staying in a 5-stars hotel indeed. the reptionists are very helpful and intimate all the time.
so the 2nd thing is the room style. obviosly, they have an unique modern-style designed for the room.
the only weakpoint of the hotel is it's location is quite hard to get and they didn't provide breakfast to the guests.

they gave you free wifi however only one person could use it at a time. There were 3 of us staying in the same room and we were only aloud 1 code and we could not log into the Internet at the same time, which was annoying

Great location but small rooms

really great location in patong beach, near bangla street and so many shopping place around hotel. near hard rock hotel and also near the biggest mall in phuket, jungceylon. if you wanna go to the mall just turn right from your hotel alley (via bangla street) coz if you turn left it will be take time about 10 minutes more. easy to get budget restaurant with good taste and nice place to massage (we recommended thai massage). and don't forget to try the tom yum soup and pad thai, special dishes from thailand. so yummy!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you wanna see Siam Niramit show, you have to take buffet dinner also. Really like it.

Real small rooms but good location

i got a room which was really small and was almost the basement, no sun light.
the bathroom was quiet clean, small but functional, however it didn't have a lock
the hotel staff was not accommodative to any requests on room change
