Nice hotel but regular service

The additional services offered by teh hotel are regularly organized, e.g. excursion to Ko Phi Phi. The van picking us up was half an hour late, and the hotel staff were not very wel informed in the procedure (we bought the tour at the hotal front desk the day before).

Great location, nice room!

Location
This hotel is located at the end of a street, just one block away from the beach. Very convenient location, within walking distance to main spots of interest (about 5 or 10-minute walk to Bangla Road, the main entertainment venue).
Facilities
Surprisingly nice hotel and rooms. Very modern and new-looking facilities. The room is quite spacious and clean.
Staff
Nice, helpful staff. Although they do sell all kinds of tours, they have little or no information of them, so they'll have to call the operator and ask and sometimes they get confused with the times, cost and details. My advise is that you buy the tours directly from the travel agency which is just in front of the hotel. No big deal, however.

Great location but small rooms
near to ATM,money changer,beach and 24hrs fast food restaurants

The staff are friendly and helpful.The location to the beach is very near and it nearly the between one end of patong beach to the other end.It is walking distance from the Bangla lane to the hotel after the the nitelife.Althou the rooms is small but felt cozy and clean.
Shopping Tip:
must be firm when bargaining as can get cheapest.

great location to the beach

i booked the belle, judged by the pictures on agoda, and the room turned out exactly like that. the room is clean and it had a open concept bathroom. the bathtub had a rain shower which i thought was fantastic and it worked well. the only thing is that the bathtub area was encased in glass, and the shower blinds were translucent which will not work for friends travelling together. it was also difficult to keep the water in while showering. construction work was ongoing around the hotel so there were a fair bit of noise in the night and early morning (when we were in).
the location was close to the beach and had many shops and food places around it. since i didn't get the room with breakfast, i had mine at macdonalds 3 mins walk away.

the hotel is close to the beach, about a 5 min walk. however, the hotel was a little difficult to find, as it was deep inside a street corner, and blocked by other buildings. the rooms were cozy, and free wifi is a definite plus point. overall, an enjoyable sta in this hotel. it isn't too expensive either.

Disappointing hotel & not so friendly hotel staff

Disappointed with the hotel when we stayed over for a couple of days while in Phuket.
A hotel chambermaid was relaxing in our room when we checked in.
Room size is fine except the furnishing and condition of the place is not as expected.
Hotel staff is not exactly that helpful and friendly.
We were slammed with a hefty price when we ask them to help get us a taxi to the airport. Furthermore, we were given the "take-it-or-leave-it" attitude when we enquired about the extra charges for a normal taxi.
Will not ever consider going back to stay at the hotel.

Very close to the Patong Beach

we stayed here for 5 nights. it was so close to the beach. we only need to walk about 3mins. to the beach. also, the staff was friendly and always service with smile. the room was clean and comfort.

we stayed here for 3 nights, it was great location, walk for 100m and you've reached the beach! every night on our way back, we'd stop for a foot massage, the one closest to the hotel named jj&j massage! for an hr, the cheapest in patong!
rooms were small but still for the money, it's great! loved the bathroom design, wall features~. will definitely stay again cos it's a budget hotel at a great location!
