perfectly located and wonderfully decorate
location - Near beach yet not noisy from the clubs at bangla. Timely cleaning of rooms. Bathtub is awesome

Though it is still expanding and some construction in progress, it did not affect our stay at all. Works are done in the day and we are normally not in the resort.
Its located at Soi Prisanee, very near landmark: Patong Tower and it only took me 2 mins to walk to patong beach and 5-10mins to bangla and jungceylong. 3 mins to Macdonalds and Watson. There's an Italian restaurant: ROMA - I have the best pasta and pizza here!
well the mosquitoes in the resort can be a small issue. Then again, we were bitten when we are everywhere in patong.. haha
Very friendly staffs at belle resort. They greet you when you came back and leaving the resort. They even ask if we needed anything while we were resting at the lobby for some time waiting for transport to airport. Also they helped me made calls to my driver when i ask for assistance.
There is a jaccuzzi pool and it serve a good relaxing moments after your tanning @ the beach. Its hot at the beach, your body is warm and skin is burnt and going to the jaccuzzi after beach is really good, really very enjoyable.
Clean rooms, good Television, not much noise from the resort but a little noise from the ever popping fireworks thoughout the night at patong beach. This is something that can't be controlled as i suppose all hotels in Patong is gonna be disturbed by the fireworks if you are located near the beach.
Lastly, i have decided to stay in Belle resort for my future visit to Phuket, patong because it is just so awesome!
Shopping Tip:
Some of the stalls owner can be quoting very high prices for something that you may find it at the deeper areas of Patong like Jungceylong and bangla.. Do not rush into shopping spree during the early stage of your holiday.. the stalls will be around.
Search for locals food like noodle soup, they are really good and is cheap. Even small lanes has some restaurant offering fantastic seafood!

Great location and staff
The hotel is really close to beach and busy main road but it's tuck away at the end of the side street that you can find peace and tranquility.
8.7
We occupied 3 rooms for a total of 6 adults and 2 children. The location of the hotel is just perfect for us, it's really close to the beach for a quick morning jog or afternoon swim. Even though it's really close to Beach Road, the ambiance at the hotel is really peaceful, perfect for us to wine down after a hectic day. The staffs at the hotel are really friendly and helpful, and the owner of the hotel was actually going around the hotel to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Definitely would go back and stay there again.

Large rooms, very short walk to patong beach
The room we had was quite a large room. The shower, toilet and basin were separate from each other which was a plus. Hotel staff are friendly.

the hotel is situated at the bottom end of a closed street so finding the hotel was a bit of a struggle as you can't see the hotel from the top end of the street. there is only a little sign at the front to reasure you that the hotel is down there. the hotel is doing some extension to it so expect to hear noise, as for a room facing the other end and won't hear any noise.

Great location but strange rooms & bad service
Central location for nightlife, brand-new
5.3
this place is in a great location for nightlife, and is almost brand-new. the decor was modern-chic but the material used was cheap so everything was wearing and tearing. the strangest part about the hotel was the bathrooms. it just sits behind the beds. they don't have doors to the toilet, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. it is nice and modern, though.
when we asked if there was another room we could stay in, the staff just said a whiny long 'noooooooo' with a frown. it wasn't very nice.
overall, the thing we are most unsatisfied with is the staff there. mostly, they were not helpful. we asked about our taxi options to the airport and the staff said she didn't know. she did know that it was 700 baht flat even though it was only 400 to the hotel from the airport. no other explanations of why it costs that much, company options, etc.
we also asked to call the tour company (for island hopping) because they were running late for pick-up. the staff said it was 10 baht/minute and she used her mobile phone to call. super sketchy. i'd never been asked to pay for local calls at a hotel before. i also saw the same staff make rude remarks to another guest who had an incorrect item on the bill. there needs to be serious effort put into staff traning and service quality control.
the facilities are really just ok - the pool is nothing more than a koi pond and the reception bathroom is really stinky. the computers at the front desk are very nice. the doors to the rooms don't lock properly. it usually took us 20 turns to get it to open or close. we can also hear everything from everywhere. not much privacy.

Decent location, small room and not too clean
6.3
location is good, off at the end of a side-road of the main road. 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to nightlife and about 10 minutes for the major shopping attraction.
room was small, no towels on arrival and all in all not very clean. not bad, just not great.

Great location and friendly services.
Located very near to the beach, stylish room design.
7.7
The price of this hotel is fairly acceptable. the layout and design looks stylish. I've stayed in the deluxe balcony room. the room is huge and comfortable. The hotel staffs were very friendly and provide good information about the attractions at Phuket. At the lobby, there are 2 MAC which can be use to go online for emails, Facebook or research for restaurants.
The only downside is the noise of the building opp his hotel. the building is undergoing renovation, thus, in the morning around 1000hrs, will start to hear the renovation noises. However, it is still bearable.
Overall, had a great and relaxing stay at The Belle Resort.
