it was very fascinating!love it!

Comfortable hotel at a central location in patong. It has shops around and a nice distance (7min walk?) from Bangla street so its not as noisy. Right beside Macdonalds, Watson's, Starbucks. It is not a luxury hotel, but great for a 2-3 day no-fuss stay with everything at your fingertips. Rooms are very clean and spacious, toilet is clean as well. Only thing is lighting is a little low, could do with more lamps!

Friendly stuff, nice design and it is very convenient. 1minutes walk to patong beach. Restaurant and massage centre is all around there. we stay at the belle resort for 3 nights. 2nd night floor or our room was come out with water. next day they change they change another room for us.

Close to Patong beach & shopping, Close to many eateries, Convenient location

1. Constant miscommunication with the staff resulted in us checking into a bigger room and having to pay more for the room
2. Room and toilets were poorly kept. No hot shower and toilet was falling apart
3. Staff did not have the best of service and on the last day we witnessed the hotel staff argue with some guests over the room and breakfast. Poor service overall.

The room is too small that the toliet don't even have a door and combine with shower behind the bed. The location is quite close to Patong beach and palang rd (where there is a lots night clubs are).This is area is very busy in the night, so not good choice for someone want quiet and relaxed environment.
