friendly stuff, good view motel quality rooms, small pool, boring breakfast, No wifi in room. Motel quality rooms, hot water control was very hard to use, got burnt few times, room smells and noisy at night (not just from the street also can hear every sound from next door).
Pool is very small and boring, no choice on breakfast so i got sick of it after 2 days, No wifi in rooms (but advertised as free wifi in room). Stuff always try to charge more for thing they provide like taxi, bike hire or airport transfer, every thing can be arranged just on the street around the corner. can get better accomadation in phuket with the price they charge.

Hotel directly across road from quiet popular end of beach.
New Delux or Superior Suites huge and terrific.
Friendly positive staff.
No rules and regulations.
Affordable drinks and food. Breakfast with room is unusually only continental.
Some tweeking of facilities. Ladies room taps a worry. Not enough pool towels. No hotel info in rooms on amenities or workings. No room service. Stayed for 7 days. Even though Patong Beach main road is extremely busy with traffic eateries shops etc it stops 50 meters before this hotel allowing a close but relatively ambient atmosphere. We stayed in the NEW Delux Suites which were Fabulous. Had a look in the old rooms,all have sea view and though refurbished and clean haven't a patch on the new but you can't go past location, as its value for money. Hotel provided excellent priced pool eating and drinking right on front so you can sit overlooking beach. It was a change to afford to eat and drink at hotel. Really looks like the hotel is finally being managed well. Staff seemed casual but were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful.
Shopping Tip : Local shop (7 11)and washing drop off, tour desk only 30 meters down quiet end road. Low season always ask for best price on tours especially if u booked night or day before. Less than half sometimes.
