Having stayed here 7 years ago I was disappointed at how shabby the place is now looking. Staff also seemed jaded as the service I had expected was not there either. A few upgrades of the decor and a bit of staff training would put this hotel back at 5 star status

Hotel located on the hill side, large area but kind of separated, so basically you need to travel to and from the lobby by hotel trucks, but the staff are fast and nice

Great hotel but the room is a bit too old

I like everything in this hotel except the room is a little too old than it shows in the website. I got the sea view room and it's worth all the penny.
P.S. The hotel is next to the Ocean but not the beach. You will have to walk like 5-10 minutes down the hill the get to the Patong Beach.

Good hotel safe from tsunami
they have 3 swimming pool ,but at my period they open only 1 on top but its really good swimming good sea view

The room is big ,the bath room is good , but no elevator if you travel with small children or old people its not good ,cause you have to take the stair to the restaurant, But any way i like this hotel it will be better if i can get sea view as i request.

we 4 girls booked family 2 bedroom suite, the room is very spacious and the balcony is also big, moreover, the seaview is beautiful, although the resort is a bit far away from the beach. but the most dispointed thing is...wifi is charged...and extremly expensive...furthermore, the staff is not hospitality enough...
Hotel Feature Tip:
There are total 3 swimming pools in this resort but 2 of them are under renovation.

Would have been stylish back in the day, but getting a bit tired.

the hotel is so clean, with an excellent swimming pool, the breakfast is excelent and taste. i would like to suggest more fruits, only this.
the hotel is far from the best restaurants and night life and some times they don´t have taxis available.

Fantastic view, great rooms
Magnificent view from our rooms, good sized pools for adults and small children

We really enjoyed staying here but found it to be quite empty.
The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.
We did find that on some nights the power went off while we were sleeping and came back on in the middle of the night, turning on several lights in the room (a minor annoyance really considering what we paid for the rooms). We also enjoyed hearing the call to prayer from our balcony - quite melodic and soothing.
Restaurant Tip:
