Good hotel but poor location

The location is quite far away (about 15mins)to the main activity area and the beach around Soi Bangla. The tutup to anywhere is a standard rate of 200baht. Hence going to and from about 2 -3 times daily cost me quite a fair bit just on transport.

Not good, room not clean, it's on the north point of the patong, must take tuk tuk to junceylon, you can by walk around 15 mins to the beach, many indian customer, very bad house keeping, need wait too long, and they will cut the line when you call them, i don't know why, maybe their english so bad. I'm not so happy with this.

terrible hotel, couldn't find our prepaid agoda booking on arrival although we had the confirmation number. made us pay to use their wifi to connect to emails to find them the full voucher, once we paid wifi didn't work. took over an hour to sort out with no apology.
way over priced.
Travel tip:
do not stay here.

Great hotel but the room is a bit too old

I like everything in this hotel except the room is a little too old than it shows in the website. I got the sea view room and it's worth all the penny.
P.S. The hotel is next to the Ocean but not the beach. You will have to walk like 5-10 minutes down the hill the get to the Patong Beach.

we 4 girls booked family 2 bedroom suite, the room is very spacious and the balcony is also big, moreover, the seaview is beautiful, although the resort is a bit far away from the beach. but the most dispointed thing is...wifi is charged...and extremly expensive...furthermore, the staff is not hospitality enough...

There are total 3 swimming pools in this resort but 2 of them are under renovation.

the hotel is so clean, with an excellent swimming pool, the breakfast is excelent and taste. i would like to suggest more fruits, only this.
the hotel is far from the best restaurants and night life and some times they don´t have taxis available.

Far enough out of town to be quiet, but close enough to access without any trouble. Nice hotel built on the hill. Shuttle vehicle always on hand to drive you to your wing, or stairs for the fitness concious. Lovely pool to relax in while you watch the paragliders and jetskis across the water. Very nice.
