Excellent service w great hospitality & location

BluEco is located at a very good location where 7-11 and food is very accessible, just a stone throw away. They have excellent service and always go an extra mile. Seeing that my gf was sick, they actually called us up to ask for the symptoms and went to the pharmacy to get medication for us. Going to BluEco was like returning back home, full of warmth. They never fail to greet us with a smile. We were upgraded instantly and aircon was fix when requested.
Breakfast was simple and bed was alittle hard.

the breakfast was good too, but the service had got to be the best. we arranged a taxi to the airport but the driver was late for 15 minutes, and ive paid the receptionist. very nice people! the beach was about a 10 minutes to 15 minutes walk. a little far.
and the bed and pillows were very new so it's very stiff. woke up uncomfortable but good for those who likes their bed hard.

Everything is new, the staff is vey very helpful.

I loved this place, even though the mattresses was hard and the shower not hot enough. The friendliness of the staff is unbelivable. If you don't need to be right on the beach, this is the place for you.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile.
Good price (we were getting a room for 60US dollars in high season). Friendly staff. Safe, fridge (minibar). Breakfast included- not bad, fresh fruit, tang, coffee, tea, toast, eggs sausage and ham plus some sort of noodle dish.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. First week in deluxe, 2nd in standard.. not much difference except room a little smaller and beds a little smaller. Staff was very friendly but inexperienced. Only opened a couple of weeks ago so I expect they will iron things out. between Kata Beach and kata center- in a quiet area with lots of local shops behind the hotel.

Cute hotel - brand new!

BluEco is a very cute, brand new hotel. For a compact hotel the rooms are actually very generous, the view was of the building next door however, although this did not matter as we spent most of our time outdoors.
It's a great location, away from all the craziness of Phuket yet walking distance to everything. There is parking available for scooters, but wouldn't recommend hiring one from the hotel, the one we got was old, tired and a little dangerous.
The staff at the hotel were fabulous. Always obliging and encouraged our efforts of speaking Thai.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the local restaurants....we found them to be the best and not over priced like some of the western orientated food establishments.
