The location for this apartment is good - has minimarts nearby and shopping and entertainment is a 15 minute walk. Apartments are modern and has a kitchen with utensils provided. Has a rather large balcony. Staff was generous with the towels.
It was difficult to communicate with the staff, we had issues with having a guest in our apartment (even though on the pamphlet it states guests are allowed) and they overcharged for a bottle of water. There were roaches in our apartment and renovations were ongoing while we were staying there. Cleaning staff needed to be trained better, we found the broom that they used to sweep the floor left on the couch.
Place is great, but staff needs to be trained properly.

my stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. My friends and myself loves the big living room of the 2 bedroom suite. The hotel serve great authentic pizza and Thai food. Location of hotel is 10 mins walk away from main patong street.

The location is great. The beach is just right across the street. But it's a bit noisy at night. The front apt doesn't provide breakfast but there's kitchen in this room type so u can fix something to eat for ur self but they do have a restaurant next to the building. There are family mart and 7-11 nearby.

The room was dusty and hot. Air con was not functioning well. The tv in the living room was not working. While the staff tried their best to repair the faulty items, they lacked initiative and experience to improve the situation without interrupting our rest. We ultimately asked for an electric fan for ventilation. We moved to a nearby hotel which was better and cheaper after two days. The proximity to the beach and the view were just as great if not better. There were even two pools and jacuzzi in the rooms at the new place we moved to. The management of The Front ought to ensure the apartments are in working and train their staff. Nice place but is us a shame that it is not as professionally run as it should.
