Excellent hotel for couples
Wifi that was free and fast. Excellent proximity to the Beach. Very good view of Patong beach, very quiet surroundings relative to other Patong beach hotels.

the air conditioner was leaking seriously, the room has paint smells and they are having some renovation works now which create a lot of noise during the day.
the swimming pool is slightly bigger than a bath tub.
no breakfast.

Room was below expectations

The room wasn't as good as the pictures depicted, it was smaller than expected and my friend & I had to climb 3 storeys up to our room as there's no elevator. Patong beach was quite a disappointment as well because the water was a bit murky (probably due to the monsoon season? or it's just not crystal clear all year long). So I found it meaningless to stay in this beachfront hotel since I don't get to enjoy the beach even if it's a stone's throw away.
The best thing about the room was its view, I cant imagine if I had stayed in the room without the beach view. You could also see fireworks at night, lots of mini fireworks 'popping' throughout the night.

The view was great, front beach view. Near to the market and everywhere. Just loved the spot.

Didnt try to hotel food but the location and everything was just perfect. Rooms were good enough with all the facilities required. Highly recommended!
Travel tip:
Avoid the jet ski thing if u want to stay away from trouble.

Hotel was stunning, and the staff was super great. It was a little far from town but had everything u needed next door. I loved it. Pool was a bit small though and there was only one outlet per room.

Great location but small rooms

On the first night everything was fine. but on the second night the air con start dripping water and they try to fix it but it still can so have to wait till the next morning. But on the 3rd night its still the same and we were transfer to the other room for one night. on the 4th night the air con still can fix so we were given a sea view room with balcony. overall the room was ok but no breakfast is provide. Hot water need to wait for them to boil. Staff were polite friendly.
Nightlife Tip:
near to all the pub.

i was a little disappointed, the rooms are of decent and not much facility, no hooks and towel rails were installed in the bathrooms. the hotel is next to a convenient store and located on the quiet end of patong beach. everything else is walking distance. 15-20 minutes walk from one end of the beach to the other.

Great Location but lack of basic utensil!

Basically, this hotel is not worth for money but beach just few step away. The size of the room is fair but lack of basic utensil, such as kettle, socket, shower curtain. The location is great,at the quieter end of the beach. The staff are friendly.
