Lovely hotel though not what I'd call it 'luxurious' as many amenities & standard are below the Western's 4 stars hotels. However, the staffs are genuinely friendly & helpful so made up for what it lacks. We would have eaten a few more meals than we've had if the room service & restaurant menu were a bit more creative & inviting. The quality of the Thai meals we had was good. The dessert was not up to standard. The kids' playroom was great for under 6s.
