Lovely hotel though not what I'd call it 'luxurious' as many amenities & standard are below the Western's 4 stars hotels. However, the staffs are genuinely friendly & helpful so made up for what it lacks. We would have eaten a few more meals than we've had if the room service & restaurant menu were a bit more creative & inviting. The quality of the Thai meals we had was good. The dessert was not up to standard. The kids' playroom was great for under 6s.

We arrived late at night (10pm) and staff were great and check in easy and fast. The pool access room was fantastic with everything you needed and very comfortable. The location of this hotel was great, as it was our first trip to Thailand it was good to get a feel for the place before we headed south to busy Patong. A short walk north of the hotel there is a little village with a few shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is also a bit nicer down that way too. Only 10 minutes from the airport which was also handy for arriving late at night. All in all a beautiful hotel and a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

It takes only 15 minutes to the aiport (around 7km.), taxi cost 300-550 Baht.
Hotel is very big, peaceful, close to the beach, very nice sea view.
But the food in the hotel is incredible expensive. Breakfast buffet 600 Baht/person, Dinner buffet 650 Baht/person. The hotel very far from the city and the taxi fee is very high, so I rent a car for travel around cost 1,000-1,500 Baht per day. Hotel has a shuttle bus to Pathong city everyday at 11:00a.m. and return back at 15:00p.m. but you need to book one day in advance. If you walk along the beach to the right side, you can find some small Pub and restaurant at Nai Yang beach.
