Beyond my expectations

We got everything we wanted. Enjoyed the views and walking around the extensive complex and gardens. Very close to the airport right on the beach. The food was excellent both in the main restaurant and on the beach bar.

Hotel is good but a little far from major attractions. If you want to visit other islands, be prepared for long ride in van to other side of island. At least 45minutes.

Room brilliant if bed a bit hard. Grounds and pool system magnificant! Friendly staff. Courtesy bus to Patong or Central

meal variety from only restaurant very limited and expensive. noise from room above disturbing. wi-fi access needed to be refreshed daily. shower/bath water not "hot".
if you like constant love songs over the pa, this place is for you! negotiate for best price on spa treatments.
Restaurant Tip:
for variety, affordability and atmoshere, stay for dinner in patong or central. book your own taxi service. no shopping or dining within 15kms of resort.

Very quiet, but got an upgrade!

A rather bizarre experience really not that it was at all bad - it's just that the hotel was nearly empty felt like I had the place to myself. It has a lot of potential, but I think that it's a little too Asian for me: music too loud by the pool I the evening, food options not great.
That said for the price, the room was big and comfortable the service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had in a hotel that comes with bfast included.
