Quiet and restful stay.
Room was precisely as advertised, very good for relaxation and couples or families
7
Room was great but television placing was a bit limited, hotel nestled away in a far corner which is both pro and con as you are guaranteed privacy however will need to arrange transportation. Staff were friendly and attentive which is always good sign. Quiet little private beach is a bonus. Appeared to have fair number of activities to keep family with children occupied. Overall decor was nice as well. Food choices weren't astounding, quality and freshness were good although again not exactly top-notched.

Beautiful rooms on a huge yet quiet resort
3000 square metre pool, 10 mins from the airport and restaurants on the complex are amazing

We stayed here for one night before departing Thailand to come home and it was the best decision we made. Although its slightly isolated the resort is beautiful. We were given a free upgrade to a luxury pool access room which was truly magnificent. Wish we stayed there longer!
Restaurant Tip:
When the tide is out take a ten minute walk down the beach to the village and there are an array of restaurants and little shops down the beach.

Don't waste your time or money
The spa treatment was lovely
3.7
I was really looking forward to a nights stay in this 'luxury' accomidation between stops but was very disappointed!!! Perhaps in its day this hotel was luxury but it is sadly needing some attention. A complete waste of money! The only thing this place has to their credit are the beautiful spa staff who did an amazing treatment.

the hotel was located far from patong about an hour. it was not so convenient if u like to travel to island it will get extra charges for transport. the worst is the staff with bad service that no one outside the lobby to welcome the guest and we have wait for more than 5 min to pick up us from room to lobby as we have heavy luggage but they pass by twice and ask us wait only.(with the same staff) i will never never stay thr again. lousy service
Hotel Feature Tip:
Best view

Magnificent hotel that feels really regal
Deckchairs on balconies that lead into the pool

We loved this place as soon as we arrived. Sweeping views with with a sense of grandeur. Rooms are clean and have a great private entrance to the pool. Lovely gardens. Friendly staff. Hotel is very close to the airport.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel spa is a must. IT is very affordable and the best massage i've had in Thailand.

Excellent Hotel. Friendly Staff. Quiet, secluded.
excellent food, good prices, comfortable beds.
9.3
This hotel was amazing. The grounds were well kept and clean. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I have nothing negative to say except the hotel location is very far from anything. When we booked tours we had to get picked up really early and pay extra for the trip. You can't walk into town or any local markets... It is too far away. If you are looking to only stay at the resort then this is the hotel for you. If you want some night life, or just want to wander the streets, look for a place closer to Patong. Overall very pleased with the stay.

Great place for relaxation
Love the quietness, large and serene hotel

Our arrival was greeted pleasantly with warm reception and nice lemon grass refreshing drink. We were surprise to be given a suite with large living, bed and bath rooms. The suite was surrounded by almost all round balcony. We had a great stay in this hotel and will definitely return to stay here.

Nice private place
Private, beautiful rooms and resort.
7.7
Good place that is far from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded beaches and city. But that is also it's downside as transport to the city or places like Patong is very costly. The staff are beautiful and courteous, extremely polite and helpful, especially Warn and Kanako (I hope I spelt the name right). A great place to get away from everything but beware that it really is far from anything. The food is good.
One major downside is the staff, including their French chef seem to have a pro-Caucasian mentality. All the days that my father and I were eating there, we see that there is preferential treatment for the Caucasian tourists (we are Asians from Singapore). They were served coffee while we had to take our own coffee. The Chef came out and went around the tables asking after and checking with everyone, but ignored us. He literally went past our table to go from one to the other without even turning his head to smile. This treatment was also extended to the other Asian tourists (mainly Chinese nationals). A real sour point for the trip.
The reception staff though were immaculate in their manners and attitude. Same that Asians should look down on their own people and still pander to Caucasians in this day and age.
Restaurant Tip:
If you are Asian and dress casually because you are on holiday, don't be surprised if you are not extended service that is on par to that given to Caucasians. While not extremely disruptive to your experience (there are so many other great points about the resort), it is nonetheless irksome to find yourself treated so differently in so stark a manner.

lovely Hotel, friendly staff but far away

Unfortunately the weather was not really nice, when we arrived at the Hotel, but tha staff welcomed us really well and offered breakfast. As it was my Birthday the day we arrived, I got a nice Birthday cake as a little surprise.
The Poolarea is amazing. The beach does not really exist, but it is nice to lie in the Pool and look towards the ocean which starts directly after the Hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't book the trips in the Hotel, you can bargain for the prices at Patong Beach - there are a lot of stalls offering trips to other islands or the rainforest etc.
