Very Nice hotel, big rooms nice staff

Big rooms with big bed and plenty of space.
The room is nice and clean and comfortable. We did not find the bed particularly hard.
Staff is nice and helpful.
10 minute walk from the beach.
Food in restaurant is not very good

You pay for what you get, cheap hotel

Booked for a week stayed 4 days, the hotel is a construction site, the bed was like rock, the door was so shaky a child could have broken in, and no security safes.
Travel tip:
Kata beach is great and the southern end of Phuket is the best

We only stayed for one night, but the room was clean and there is a swimming pool right outside your door. The room is large with a large fridge and the wi-fi works fine in the room.
They also have a restaurant that offers a special. Overall prices are decent and the food is ok.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is about a 15 minute walk and there are many other places to eat and stay on Ketkwan Rd.

We spent our honeymoon here and loved it. The room is no frills, but has good A/C, big fridge, big bed, nice flat screen TV and is super clean. The swimming pool was also very clean and great to hang out at. Can rent a motorbike from hotel, but make sure you have a driver's lisence, police are starting to clamp down. Will need to pay a fine...back to hotel...good breakfast every morning. Also, staff is amazing, so friendly and accomodating. Good food in the hotel restaurant as well as many good restaurants nearby. Just great bang for your buck at this place and we will be reccomending it to all our friends.

For that price, the hotel is good & staff very helpful, the matrass & pillow a bit hard. We did book room without breakfast however the hotel management give us for free. The location not far from beach & shops & foods.

Great choice in Kata

I really liked this hotel- the room was very large and I enjoyed having a wardrobe, breakfast table, and a large fridge. The pool is nice, and it's only a 10 minute walk to the beach. I enjoyed staying in Kata rather than sleazy Patong. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was that my shower didn't drain properly, and the whole bathroom was wet. Overall, great value.

Nice budget hotel with swimming pool
Clean swimming pool in nice garden surrounded by the bugalows. Easy accomodation for booking two rooms with open door in betwewen ( connected to each other). Easy to stay with kids for overnight stay .

price of a room matches the quality that you can expect. room is spacious enough, bathroom a bit old, but it seemed at they are renovating the bungalows now. we had two linked bungalow's/rooms which was an advantage when travelling with kids. bed is realy hard, just like in the rest of thailand ( or you have to stay in a five star hotel). friendly staff. swimming pool was nice and clean, in nice garden. beach is pretty far away, but since we only stayed over for the night (on our way to koh phi phi) that was not a problem for us.
