this is a brand new hotel with most facilities with large and convenient rooms, a nice pool area and less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. the hotel has a perfect location for the party happy at the end of bar street, soi sea dragon with only one minute walk to bangla road. the negative is the attitude of the staff at reception are arrogant, unhelpful, unpleasant, and acting as pimps and claim the 1000 bath of you if you have a local person for the night to your room. they do this even if you have booked and paid for a room for 2 people. i am very well traveled in thailand and the world and have never had a hotel should have paid extra because you live with a native speaker. the only exception was in cuba a few years ago denied their citizens, who risked jail and examined tourists. this law is now abolished in cuba when the authorities there so that it went dramatically beyond the income from tourism inndustrien. this is sad as the hotel in general has a location and facilities that i could want and come back to, but i can not recommend this hotel to anyone who does not want the property to interfere in their private lives.

didn't have any special room upgrade (upgraded from deluxe plaze to pool view room but without any pool view). i was given a corner room, thus no room. but still nice of them to give me the upgrade.
amazing room, everything is very new. but a bit disappointed the sky lounge doesn't have much crowd. great view from the rooftop.
breakfast is good too. a wide varieties. if you don't want to pay for the breakfast, you can walk out and there's a starbucks right in front. can be difficult to find other cafe for breakfast, most shops open in the afternoon.

good service.
location is good. very near to beach, bangla street and jungceylon shopping mall.
Travel tip:
Must try the crepe from roadside stalls!! My favorite are Nutella with banana and Maple syrup with banana.

We were happy to stay at Kee Resort. The staff upgraded our room to larger one with no charges. The room is spacious & comfy. They have nice swimming pool & great breakfast. The only thing we don't like is the room not carpeted so feel sticky & wet due to humidity when walking around the room.

the cheaper rooms on the older wing one has to walk up a full set stairs and i had a coronary artery problem ,,, imagine they had not highlighted that during booking. i had to pay bhatt 1000, for a change of room, but some of the bbell boys do try their best, especially the first one who saw me phanting and ran to get my room changed

My best friend and I stayed here for 5 days and booked this place on a budget. Paid per night which was okay. Reception were nice, and could understand and speak a little english - just the basics. We had a balcony and unfortunately did not have such a great view, also didnt open it much because the smell wasn't that great. The bathroom was tiny & adequately clean, but there was always hot water so not too bothered. The water around this place had this particular smell and taste (obviously not for drinking)that I personally did not enjoy and actually got annoyed at towards the last few nights. Also the wifi is only available in the pool and lobby area, so whenever you wanted to use wifi on your phone you had to go downstairs. Overall it's a good hotel if you're on a budget, staff are friendly, it has an elavator and a pool and aircon, which are the necessities anyway.

Awesome room and phenomenal location. Just seconds from all the Patong nightlife.

The location could not have been better. Literally seconds from the main drag of the Patong Beach nightlife, but far enough to be confronted by it. The room was great, equipped with the most recent technology. Food at the hotel was expensive and not worth the money.
