Terrific and Cozy Resort

upon reaching the hotel, the receptionist was very friendly in welcoming us. though the check-in to our pool access room was not available due to system cock up, they had upgraded us to stay in their suite and even offered to let us stay in the suite for our 3 nights in the kee. location was extremely good, it was situated near to night spots, eatery houses and even shopping mall, all is just within walking distance. the beach is just 5mins walk from the resort.

we stayed at the hotel for a week.. its right in the action where the night life is... hotel is surrounded by shops and everything you need.. money exchange, 7 eleven.. the rooms are beautiful we had a pool access room. its a little bit noisy in parts of the hotel but thats to be expected for the location of the hotel..if you want to be able to walk directly out of your hotel into the night life this is the place to stay.. very comfortable beds. the pool is great. breakfast is a bit of a let down but still good.
Nightlife Tip:
right in the heart of patong.. best location if you want to party.

I have a great stay in The Kee Resort and Spa. Everything is perfect there. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Phuket.
Nightlife Tip:
The Kee is near to all the night clubs and bars at Patong Beach.

Room looks exactly like photo, get what u paying for. One of the best pool bar in town as compared to the other 4 different hotels i have stayed during this trip.Located just a stone throw away from the ever popular bangla street. Only downsides is the view i am getting from my balcony as it is facing directly a rooftop at the next building. Please visit the rooftop bar in this hotel for the romantic unblock sunset view of the adaman sea.Will return to this hotel again for myself.

Get the basics right: no hot water and an aircon that is either off or ice cold is not acceptable.
At 3pm check in my room was still not avaliable (check in is meant to be 2pm)
Staff lie to guests: I was asked to be moved because of the noise (begging at reception at 2:30 am) I was told repeatedly that the hotel was full (in low season in a hotel that probably has more than a 1000 rooms?).
Friends stayed in the same level room as I did (plaza deluxe) but I was told I don't have a mini bar, or a bath.
The spa was very expensive compared to other 4 star hotels in patong beach
Breakfast was not worth B400.00, I had to find and serve my own coffee, find my own cutlery, was given a load of attitude when I wouldn't accept the cold eggs that had been prepared and left on the counter.
The noise is constant, unpleasant and relentless especially at night, the parking attendant outside my room who felt the need to use his whistle at all hours (and I do mean all hours) is nothing short of utterly inconsiderate.
Poor experience indeed, I woudn't recommend Kee at all.
