Suzanne R. Couples Australia, December 30, 2012	Great location Beautiful and spacious rooms 8 We had 6days at the Naka and enjoyed the rooms for some relaxing time. The sunset z Bar was the best place to go to for endless sushi and a view of the James Bond island. Enjoyed riding bikes to the bar or breakfast and the morning buffet was really good. The biggest let down which would not see me return is the constant harassment from staff when you are eating or chilling out in the main areas of the resort. Whilst they were lovely people it was an invasion of space. We counted at one dinner five staff interrupt us to ask if we were enjoying the resort the meal etc. they were too focused on feedback too understand that this constant asking for a review on the spot was the one thing that made us feel we would not return. It was also noted by other guests there too that they felt harassed. If you after a relaxing time consider other options as you don't get to have your own time to enjoy if you are anywhere in the public areas! My advice to the Naka staff is polite hellos is more than enough!

Couples France, February 04, 2013	Décevant, sans âme, hors de prix Rien décevant 3.7 Je suis désolé mais depuis des années que je parcours avec ma femme la thailande, cet la première fois ue nous sommes plus que déçu!!!!! L'hôtel est un 5 étoiles pour les prix utilisé pratique, mais les 5 étoiles ne sont la une pour le prix!!!! Aucun jardin fleurie, personnel plus que médiocre et inicaces, plage ??? Ou est elle svp??? Parlons de la restauration: une moyenne de 150€ par jour pour des repas plus ue moyen!! Nous n'avons jamais connue sa avant et pourtant nous descendons régulièrement dans des vrais 5 étoiles en thailande!! Regarder les commentaires français sur trip advisor et vous verrez que je n'exagère en rien. C'est la première fois que je suis obligé de faire un commentaire très désagréable. Toute fois nous avons eu une chambre digne de ce nom avec une vue exeptionnel sur la baie de Phanga. Heureusement !!!!!!!!! Parlons des transferts: nous leur avons demander à notre arriver de nous booke notre transfert de l'hôtel vers Kho Lanta, rien de compliqué juste à nous prendre nos billets et nous emmenez au port. Il nous a fallu presque toute la durée du séjour pour arriver à avoir ces précieux voucher!!! Franchement au prix de la chambre, fuyer!!!!!! Il y a tant d'autre merveilleux hôtel en thailande, ne faite pas la même erreur que nous!!!!!! Hotel Feature Tip: Fuyez!!!
