Good location, nice clean rooms.
Smaller hotel with pool and nice clean rooms.

Room on second floor was swimming pool level which was very convenient. Rooms were new and very clean and were made up before early afternoon. Five minute walk to beach or start of shopping was easy. Breakfast included with room was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Great location just minutes to the beach and two streets over from the main action on Bangla Rd. Waterfall alongsdie restaurant and front court yard was very soothing ad off set the local traffic noises to a minimum.As of this writing they are rebuilding thte hotel directky across the street but you wouldn't know much was going on . Great local food shops.

A Chic Hotel in Patong
It' s certainly worth it!!

this place is absolutely suitable for young travelers!
reasonable price! spacious room! free wifi! free minibar! 5 minutes walk from patong beach! helpful staff!
we have a good time and definitely will stay here again for our next trip to phuket!

-helpful staff
-clean rooms
-nice pool
cons:
-patong beach is chaotic
-construction across the street (we couldn't hear it from our room, so not a big issue)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Travel office in the hotel gives good recommendations catered for you and gets discounts from many vendors.

Lovely hotel, great location

Hotel was nice, about a 5 minute to the action. Very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Pool was great, rooms were clean and tidy and staff were very friendly. Be careful of ladysboys in city center when they confront you as they take your wallet

Great Patong location - quiet but near the action
Beautiful modern design, excellent service, on a quiet street yet walking distance from Patong tourist areas.

great place for a one-night stay in phuket while in transit. the hotel was a bit pricey for thailand, but location and accommodations made it worthwhile. excellent staff and service; great breakfast buffet.
Nightlife Tip:
Watch out for motorbike borne pickpockets in the Patong district.

Awesome Hotel, located within walking distance of the beach, shopping mall and bars. Quiet area with great views.
Had the most amazing breakfasts with top quality service and yummy food :-)
Free Wifi was fast, and the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable.
Will stay there again and totally recommend it !

Cosy and new hotel with great service

Very cosy, peaceful and clean hotel with lots of water features in the main area of Patong. Love the restaurant where the buffet breakfast is served. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
