Room is good and staff is more friendly that enough to compensate with local and Limited car park. This is small hotel and far from beach but near Chalong temple if you don't have own car it may difficult to get public transportation.

The One Phuket. Is a good hotel and suitable for long stay. This hotel have a bigger room. Clear good enviroment and reasonable price . If you like Thai Boxing(Muay Thai). You can stay at this hotel because Thai Boxing Gym is very near that you can walk to the Thai Boxing Gym about 5 mimiute

hotel is easy to locate, the stretch of road has many muay thai training camps. hotel ammenities is adevuate and staff are friendly. good and clean hotel.

Great hotel for muay thai

i stayed at the one when i was training at tiger muay thai. the location is great (2 mins walk from tiger and there are several other mt places around) but note if you are not doing muay thai training it isn't really close to anything else. you would need to take a taxi (around 300 baht?) to any of the beaches or if you want some nightlife.
the rooms are great - more apartment style (separate living area) so would also be good for long stay. bedrooms are large and comfortable. pool area very nice. would definitely recommend if you want a bit of luxury while training, it is probably one of the better hotels in the area.
my only negative comment is the food is very average. there are a lot better (and cheaper) places to eat in the area.
Shopping Tip:
nearest shopping place is central festival - really good big mall. i took a motorcycle taxi there for 70 baht, coming back they tried to charge me 200 baht so don't pay that much! there is also a good 'tourist' night market on weekends (300 baht in a car taxi) about 15 mins away.
