Upper rooms sewer smell, urinal tablets in shower to offset smell awful night, switched room following day, no hot water,
Long walk to Patong beach, good breakfast daily although same fare very noisy rooms. Would not stay or recommend this hotel
Four floors here with no lift. Hotel needs updating and plumbing upgrades

Staff are very helpful.....hotel need elevator... Because when' you live on top floor you have to walk too much ..plus when you carry your stuff its not easy ...
Restaurant Tip:
Food wasn't the best ...I love the morning breakfast ...love the coffee ..but food wasn't the best ...I suggest rather go to patong beach side they have good restaurant..

Nice hotel located at about 5-10 from the night life of Phuket. Friendly staff. Would especially would like to thank the owner and travel desk incharge for the wonderful service. Rooms are just ok, bathrooms a bit small and could do with a general maintenance of the rooms. Few light fixtures did not work in the room. Swimming pool is small but who needs the pool when the beach is just outside the hotel...
Hotel Feature Tip:
For best rooms ask for the one facing the beach and on a higher floor.

Some Service no good, for example want to get hot water for make coffee, need to go down and take myself, anything what you want, you need to go down.They never provide this service.

Good rooms, shame about construction!

So I was not pre warmed about the renovation that was taking place when I arrived,, the whole front entrance was being refurbished so there was rubble everywhere and I couldn't find the entry which was under a sheet to stop the dust and concrete from entering the restaurant!! Anyway my room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable, I cld feel the mattress springs in my back! The staff were helpful . I didn't eat in the restaurant as there were so many other on the street. My room had aircon n fridge so that was good I could buy some food to keep from the minimart 5 mins walk up the road. I booked here as I didn't want to stay in the heart of the town due to the noise at night but I didn't really think this area was a good choice, if I stayed again I would probably choose kata/ Kamala beach areas. If you're looking for somewhere quieter than patong I'm currently staying in nai yang beach which is nice and quiet and close to airport when u need to catch flight!
Restaurant Tip:
Nice restaurants around the hotel but I wouldn't stay this area of Phuket again

Good location for relaxing purpose (nice seaview).The beach is just opposite the hotel. Far abit from town (Walking around 20min). Overall no bad for me. Room clean. Free Internet Wifi. A reasonable price. Just a few thing have to be improve.1)Sometime no water supply on the early morning(6-8am).2) 3rd day no current in the middle night(just few hour).

Complained to hotel manager about state of sheets - blood stained
and also bath mat stained and left in lounge. Carpet dirty. No coffee facilities although can order pot tea or coffeed via room service at resonably price. Air conditioner took long time to cool room. Dining area for breakfast very pokey

Run of the mill hotel with a loud owner.

Our luggage had arrived at the hotel doorstep before us. The transport for the Simon cabaret arrived as we checked in . We requested the driver to wait , but since there was small delay in checking in , the owner shooed the driver away by really chasing him away saying the driver was rude in the local language.we had to spend extra for te onward trip to the cabaret. That was a bit unpleasant. There are no nearby food stalls.the continental breakfast is too little ,but the Asian breakfast was enough. Otherwise it was just another routine place to sleep & get ready.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the metered taxi always.

It was good hotel. The location is a little bit far from Patong Beach (10 minutes walking).
The rate is fair enough, specially if you got a discount.
The room service was nice and kind.
No other special things to remember.

We were staying in the superior room,which was quite okay for the family of three.The room was big and good and was worth for what we have pay.Staff at reception was not that much co-opearative.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
One should must visit to Jamesbond island or phi phi island.One full day is required to visit the same and the cost is about THB 1500 per person,which include lunch and transfers
