The Racha Hotel

Please be informed that the hotel can only be reached by boat. Guests arriving at Phuket International Airport can book a roundtrip boat transfer for an additional charge payable directly at the resort. The schedule boat transfer timings are as follow:
From Phuket (Chalong Pier) to Racha: 11:30 am, 02:00 pm, and 05:00 pm
From Racha to Phuket (Chalong Pier): 09:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 04:00 pm.

Note that guests should try to arrive at the port at least 30 minutes before boat departure time. The above schedule may be subject to change due to unpredictable sea or weather conditions. Guests who miss the scheduled transfers, can arrange for a Private Speed Boat as an alternative transfer for an additional charge. Guests will need to pay on the spot for the service.
Guests arriving later than 15:30h at Phuket International Airport cannot be transferred to The Racha on the same evening as the hotel do not operate the boat at night time. The Racha will not be financially responsible for overnight accommodation in Phuket in case of late arriving flights or delays, but will not be financially responsible.
Please also notice that guests are encouraged to wear appropriate and light attire for the boat transfer.
The Racha will not operate its boats if there is the slightest safety concern or in case of strong winds or uncertain sea conditions. Every effort will be made by the hotel land based staff in Phuket or at The Racha in case you are on The Island to assist in making alternative arrangements for the guests until the situation is considered safe.
