2nd Visit, first was back in February. Don't know why i read reports of the staff being unfriendly. From day one till check out, everyone was so friendly. Perhaps you guys come with sour faces upon check in. here's a tip, make eye contact and give a warm smile people will open up to you. Travelled many many places and i've never had problems with staff. A smile goes a million miles

I stayed for 2 nights, check-in was delayed till 2 pm, since the was no mention about time. Even when it was written on the fridge 'two free water bottles everyday' they charged me for all used. If traveling alone, and you have guest over, you have to pay tbh.
They have their own spa, for which they provide body massages can be in hotel room also, other facial and pedicure like services in spa only.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Other than that everyday 'boxing match' tiger hotel is right outside the main road.
I enjoyed walking distances to beach and markets around, and yes walking distance to Hard Rock Cafe too. Also must try Banana & Nutella pancake.

the location is pretty good! 5 minute walk from the bangla road. staff are nice and the breakfast i the morning are pretty good. on the other hand, the room needs some serious upgrade. first night i stayed, the fridge was leaking and the floor was soaked. the light fixtures aren't electrically wired properly (very confusing). this hotel should be a 2 star!

MUST GO to Similan Island! very beautiful

Just beside the mall and 10mins to bangla road.the staffs were really helpful from the moment i checked in until we checked out.although it can be noisy at night because you are close to the night life area.
